Nyrenoverade! Lakeaholic Boende på Canandaigua Lake

Välkommen hem till en bit Canandaigua Lake! Detta nyrenoverade 3 sovrum 2. 5 bad hem sitter direkt på sjön och erbjuder en privat miljö med fantastisk utsikt. Du har inte en lång brant kulle eller måste korsa vägen för att komma till vattnet! På första våningen ser du direkt ut på däck, brygga och sjö. Det helt nya köket är fullt utsett för måltidsberedning med de stora öarna 6 och bondgårdssängen 8. Familjerummet har två bekväma soffor och en väggmonterad TV utrustad med kabel och Netflix. Den peddle båten är på stranden, kajaker hänger på lakeside rack, fiske poler är i skuren, och eldstaden är redo för marshmallow rostning med ved tillhandahålls.

Befälhavaren svit är på huvudnivån med en king size-säng och badrum med dusch. De två övervåningen sovrummen har ett sovrum med en queen size-säng och ett sovrum som sover fyra i en tvilling över full våningssäng och dra ut trille (se bilder). Dessa två sovrum delar badrum med duschkabin. Bekvämligheterna inkluderar även WiFi och en Weber gasgrill. Detta hus ligger på den eftertraktade västsjönsvägen och har utsikt över soluppgången och ligger 6 miles från centrala Canandaigua. Besök de närliggande vingårdarna (Heron Hill provsmakning rum bara 3 miles away) och Bristol Mountain's Aerial Adventures kurs mellan tiden spenderas njut av vattnet. Du kanske också vill besöka den närliggande Wegmans ekologiska gården som ligger en kvart mil nerför vägen.

Detta hus är perfekt för par eller familjer. Det finns en pack n-spel för spädbarn och en bärbar barnstol. Det finns flytvästar för barn som är 30 kilo uppåt och även för vuxna storlekar.

Du kommer att få full tillgång till hela huset, det fristående garage för parkering och privat brygga, vatten och tillgång till stranden.

Vi är mycket lyhörda för gästerna, och är cirka 30 minuter bort om det behövs personligen.

Självkontroll med personlig kod som tillhandahålls för ytterdörren är lätt att använda elektroniskt lås.

Family vacation

Our family really enjoyed our stay at your home. Family and grandson enjoyed the game room in the basement and the easy access to the water. House has all the amenities you could possibly need. Highly recommend this property.

Rest and relax

My husband and I rented this property and invited friends and family throughout the week to visit. The house is spacious with excellent views of the lake, the kitchen was well equipped to cook. Beds were comfortable, central air was key as the week was hot. Katrina the owner was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. The water is lovely, and property is well maintained. My only suggestion would be to add cleats to the dock so renting and keeping a boat at the property would be an option. Other than that - 5 stars all around- and we’d stay again.

Weekend Getaway

Property was well maintained and clean. Plenty of towels, linens, and kitchen supplies were provided. We had some cool and rainy weather during our stay so the gas fireplace and downstairs games (ping pong and foosball) were a fun way to spend some time indoors. The morning views of the lake with a fresh cup of coffee were really amazing. Neighbors were quiet and the location itself peaceful and relaxing. Our host Katrina checked on us via email which was appreciated along with the pre arrival information on the area.

4 night stay with family

The house is modern and very clean with a basement game room, hangout space, main floor kitchen with two separate living rooms that allows different activities to be enjoyed. The viwes are wonderful from the deck that has a motorized retractable awning. Would book this again!!

This Lake House had EVERYTHING a family needed

Exactly what I dreamed the best family get-away could achieve! This lake house had every last detail that a mother of small and large children could need. We LOVED the amenities. From the fun boats, toy room, firewood, and fishing rods, down to the straws in the kitchen, and black hand-towels specifically for makeup removal. Y'all know how to VBRO the right!! This house raises the bar for all the other vacation rentals. What a fantastic experience! Thank you!!

The photos show exactly what your stay will look like! If you like to relax with an amazing view of the lake or do water activities like kayaking, this is the place for you. Annual family getaway

We love the view! The open floor plan, the windows, deck and the constantly moving water create a gorgeous view from sunrise to sunset. The kitchen is large enough for several cooks and the house has several rooms, including the basement for play. We love dragging the boats into the water and enjoying Canandaigua Lake at our whim.

Wonderful 3 bedroom lake home

I had family and friends come to visit and some stayed over a night or 2. There was everything we could have wanted. The basement was great with TV and games and a closet with childrens toys, highchair, playpen, ect. My extended stay was exceptional. Beautiful location!

This house was perfect for our family! The lake is so peaceful lots of fun places in downtown Canandaigua. It really made our 4th of July celebration such a fun experience. The owner warned us about parking but can’t stress enough how awkward the driveway is😫make sure you have a small car!

Beautiful view and lovely home

I’m very picky and I have to say that Katrina’s home was very clean, comfortable, and a wonderful place to relax with my family. The view of the lake is incredible. We visited when it was too cold to go out on the lake, but I’d love to come back another time when it’s warmer to try the kayaks! I highly recommend this lovely home for a vacation spot. The only downside I could see for others is that you have to drive about 10-15 minutes to get to any stores or restaurants, but that was not an issue for us.

Wonderful!

We loved this place! It was like new with all of the updates, had comfortable beds and the most beautiful views! We especially loved the showers- great water pressure. The kids enjoyed ping pong and rolling down the hill. The owners were extremely responsive and the house was well stocked. The neighbors were lovely too! Highly recommend and we will likely stay again.

Sweet Retreat

There were 6 of us and we enjoyed the place immensely. The home was beautiful, kayaking on the lake was meditative. We enjoyed the fire pit and the house was well supplied. We managed to get all 4 cars on the property without blocking the driveway. I took videos to show the condition the house was left in and followed the guide on what to do, I hope everything was done to Katrina’s standards. Beautiful experience!

Perfect late summer getaway for our family

The minute we stepped in the door we felt so relaxed, we dropped our bags and went straight to the water. The backyard and view of the lake was beautiful. The water was warm and we enjoyed paddling and swimming. The house is amazing. 5 adults, a 3 year old boy and a 6 month baby girl had plenty of space to be comfortable. The basement was a great place to play ping pong and the 3 year old loved the toy closet! We were sad to leave but will be looking forward to returning next year for another great experience!

Well-Equipped Waterfront Home

The home was nicely renovated and is set up with an open plan and plenty of space. It was well equipped and comfortable with everything we needed for our family vacation. The house was very clean and ready for us on arrival. The location is great with easy access to the lake and dock. We enjoyed the kayaks and the fire pit right at the waters edge. We also all had fun in the very nice game room in the basement, especially our family ping pong tournament! Many of the homes around the lake have steep inclines, but this location is very convenient and easy to access the waterfront with just a few steps. Communication with Katrina was superb. Parking for two cars in the garage and driveway was no problem.

Another great stay

Second year in a row staying. You can't beat the lake access, the closeness of downtown Canandaigua, the layout of the house and many other things. The owner is very quick to respond or just to check-in with you.

Spectacular Lake

The weather was perfect which we didn't expect as I grew up in that area of NY. There were so many extra perks that we didn't expect to find. The instructions were clear for the check-out procedure as well as the check-in procedure. The house was beautiful and clean and the kitchen well-stocked. It is situated at a beautiful part of a beautiful Finger Lake. Thank you for everything.

Graduation Celebration

We traveled from Wyoming across the country to celebrate our niece’s graduation with a week at the lake. To say we are now Lakaholics would be an understatement. Beautiful house, lovely location, and so much fun both inside and out. The game room was a hit during the rainy days. I know this might seem odd, but the bathrooms were perfect. Great toilets and fans for sharing space with 8 adults!!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
