This 3 bedroom three season fully renovated cottage, (sleeps 6 in main cottage on a queen, double and twin set of bunk beds) with a bunkie, (stairs lead down to the bunkie which sleeps 3 to 4 - a double and a twin set of bunk beds) close to the water's edge. A pathway leads down from the bunkie to a new dock equipped with several chairs and a swim ladder allowing entry to the deep, clear water which sits across from unoccupied land. Enjoy taking in the view, soaking in the sun or fishing to your heart's content.

A fully equipped kitchen, (note, there is no dishwasher) is ready for all of your dining needs and outside a b.b.q., (propane available) is supplied with plenty of seating allowing for dining in the open air. Inside you will find a very comfortable seating area with a television and dvd/vhs players with an assortment of movies supplied. You will also find 2 kayaks, a canoe, a paddle board and a pedal boat at the water for exploring the beautiful surroundings of Bull Lake. A fire pit at the water's edge has plenty of wood for use and close to the cottage you will find a fire table with ample seating. There's even a small wooden platform by the cottage with a stunning view for yoga and exercise enthusiasts, (several mats are provided).

Within an easy drive are the quaint towns of Sharbot Lake, Verona, Northbrook, Madoc, Tweed, Tamworth, Myers Cave and Kaladar for all of your dining and shopping needs. Visit the beautiful towns of Perth or Westport as well or explore Ontario's largest known cavern at Tyendinaga Cavern all within a 1 hour drive.
