“I do an annual float trip with girl friends every August. A few years back we discovered this adorable boutique hotel in Downtown Ellensburg. The Windrow is a perfect hotel with excellent customer service. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a large free parking lot right behind the hotel. The location is safe and walkable. There are lots of nice restaurants, coffee shops and shopping within blocks of the hotel. I would give this hotel a 6 star rating if possible. I think it is...
