This was such a sweet little house that had everything we needed. Our host was fantastic and absolutely accommodating in every way! Additionally, at first I was concerned about the location in terms of distance from main attractions, but the longest drive we had was 6 minutes, so it really was an ideal spot.

This property was wonderful! Bailey had all the amenities you would need and she went above and beyond by providing good quality products. The place was very well decorated and very clean. Would definitely recommend this place and will keep it in mind if we return back to Denver.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The house is comfortable and fully equipped with the essentials. The king mattress is firm, but comfortable, and there are plenty of pillows and blankets. The bathroom is stocked with extra toiletries, so if you forgot something, you don't have to worry. The water pressure in the shower is strong and the water is nice and warm, and plenty of towels. We did a mix of cooking and going out to eat at some of the host's suggestions while we were there. The fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, cookie sheets, spatulas, whisk, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, etc) as well as extras (cooking spray, spices, olive oil, etc.) made that a breeze. There are 2 parking spots right outside the gate of the property, so you do not have to try and find street parking. We felt right at home here and would definitely stay again! The host communicates with you in a timely manner and is always friendly. We can't wait to come back to Denver again!

This was a perfect spot to stay for our weekend. We just basically needed a place we could all sleep and this gave us that and so much more.My kids live in this neighborhood and with it being an easy 3-4 block walk, we always feel comfortable in the area.Baley was always responsive and willing to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Baley’s hospitality is unmatched. Her “Casita” is the most luxurious VRBO we’ve stayed at, yet. Every amenity you can think of is provided. We were nervous with her dogs on the property having our small children with us, but she arranged a meet and greet with the pups and all was well. We had a 12 night stay (unbeatable rate) and she replenished amenities during the stay.. also provided clean sheets and towels. There is no washer and dryer provided, but she also offered to let us use hers in the main home. We plan for this to be our go-to place when we come to the Denver area. If you have the opportunity to stay at this gem in the Rockies, don’t let it pass by!

Clean, comfy, cozy with everything we needed! Perfect for a couple and was very quiet. Hosts onsite but not invasive. Sweet dogs who didn't bark!Lots of small but meaningful touches like extra toiletries, little snacks, and coffee pods/creamer/syrup.Comfy bed, great water pressure, great AC (Denver was a wee hot), instructions for literally everything! Host very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home!

Overall great stay and the home is very clean and very accessible to everything. The only thing is that there were bee hives and since I am allergic to bees that scared me a bit but overall the house is beautiful and very very clean! Worth the stay!

Quaint getaway casita in a great location!

This adorable little casita is located perfectly for easy access to any major event in Denver! Just a short Uber, taxi, or drive to Empower Field, Ball Arena, the Junk Yard, Meow Wolf, etc... Once you are inside this cute little bungalow, you can't hear any neighborhood noise and you feel like you are escaping from the world. It was the perfect relaxing escape when we weren't attending our event. Fully equipped to bring your own food, big refrigerator, and ask the necessities. Don't worry if you forget your toothbrush or other little item! This host has thought of everything and you'll find an emergency stash in the bathroom cupboard. Excellent hosts, friendly puppies, and a wonderful experience! This will be our go to for our concerts in the future. I wouldn't hesitate to book!

We had the pleasure of staying in a charming casita in Denver, hosted by the most welcoming and gracious homeowners. Their hospitality was truly exceptional, and their sweet dogs made our stay even more heartwarming. The space was peaceful, beautifully decorated, and full of character. We absolutely loved the atmosphere and would gladly stay here again!

The host is AMAZING! Very friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond to any questions. The guest house is located off the interstate and easy to find. The bathroom was fully stocked with supplies commonly forgotten when traveling which was a very thoughtful touch. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. If I could give this location 10 stars, I would absolutely give it 10 stars.
