Cozy nice stay!

very nice house, comfortable and clean rooms, almost as staying at home! The breakfast is made by a lovely lady, who's very friendly and helpful. Can definitely recommend it and would stay there again!

Fantastic place!

You know how often you see a place online and the pictures look great, so you book it. But when you get there, it's a disappointment. Not this place! This was a bargain trip. I highly recommend this place. I was travelling for work and needed somewhere close to Dungannon. There were a few other options, but this looked best and wasn't much more expensive than the others. There was a standard double available, but for a small extra cost the Executive double looked amazing. So I booked that instead. I arrived way too late because of a hectic day, and overslept the next morning, making me late for breakfast. I was highly embarrassed, but my host put me at ease and served up a breakfast into which she'd put a lot of effort into. I'm vegan, which she only found out when I arrived at 11pm, but she gave me what I asked for and more, making me a delicious salad to go with it, with no time to prepare. The room was amazing! Very spacious and like no B&B I've stayed in before.The bed was extremely comfortable, there was a separate sitting area with a second TV, and a very spacious en-suite. I usually try to avoid B&Bs and would only consider them if nothing else is available and only for one night, but I could stay at this place very comfortably for a week! If I'm back working in Dungannon again, I'll go straight to booking this place again if it's available! Highly recommended!!

Beautiful house in a stunning location

Kensington lodge is perfect is you're looking for a scenic rural retreat away. The rooms are excellent, the views are incredibly scenic and the breakfast was scrumptious. Would definitely recommend

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung

Die Lodge ist sehr modern und gerĂ€umig gestaltet. Das junge Betreiberpaar ist sehr nett. ExtrawĂŒnsche zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck, welches sehr lecker ist und im Wintergarten serviert wird, werden erfĂŒllt. Die Lage ist ruhig und ein guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Erkundungen in Nordirland. Parkmöglichkeiten vorm Haus sind ausreichend vorhanden.

Lovely B and B, just a few mins from the town. Rooms were immaculate and a huge bathroom with shower. Breakfast was also top class. Would have no hesitation booking again.

Peace of mind assured!

This place is amazing! The room is specious and spotless clean, it's a B&B but really feels like a hotel. The host (Philip) is very nice and welcoming, you can truly enjoy your holiday with such a lovely person hosting.

Really impressive B&B

Fantastic hospitality. Lovely, welcoming host and excellent breakfasts. Massive room, huge bathroom, lovely grounds with pleasant views. Bit of a problem with a mattress that's past its best, but the owner says he'll look into it. Although footpaths are in short supply on one of the roads adjacent to the house, there's a really characterful retail park full of boutique shops and a fantastic café, all within about 15-20 minutes' walk. I'd definitely stay again.

Nice place

A lovely bed and breakfast located on the edge of Dungannon (it was very close to the place I was working!). The room was huge and well considered, however I didn't find the welcome that warm and having to ask for the gate code and wifi code aded to that feeling - really these should have been available! Also note that you will have to give a breakfast order when checking in.

Not quite what we had expected

A lovely b& b, beautiful spacious bedroom and bathroom, all spoilt by the fact that we were not provided with bath towels, (It was only by chance that a fellow guest knew where the towels were kept that we were able to have showers.) there was no hairdryer, and we never met the owner. Our stays in Southern Ireland in similar b & b's have been memorable for the warm welcome from the owners, usually with a cup of tea and cake. The owner obviously left it to a girl, who let us in on arrival and came in the morning to make breakfast (ordered when we arrived). A most impersonal service!
