I sent email first night asking if possible to get a fan or portable A/C unit, the area was having an early warm spell. The ceiling fan is excellent, but didn't circulate air through out the large room. They replied quickly that night, brought over a great fan the next day. I really appreciated it. “This property is located at the base of the Purgatory Ski area at the Edelweiss development with beautiful natural surroundings. The unit comfortably accommodated our party of 5 adults and 2 children. Bedding and linens were very good and the unit served us well. There was an issue with noise between floors, the wood flooring resulted in noticeable footsteps on upper levels of the property. “Our unit was very comfortable and well suited to our needs. It was very well equipped. The location was great - a short walk to town, and the trail along the San Miguel River was steps away. Access to the Bear Creek trail was also close - about a 5 min walk. Communication with the owner was great. I would definitely recommend this unit.”
