Bara 90 minuter från Atlanta är en plats med exceptionell naturlig skönhet som erbjuder lugn och ro plus mästerskap för öring men tillräckligt nära staden och alla andra aktiviteter. Området Blue Ridge, GA har tillräckligt med utomhusaktiviteter för att hålla någon upptagen men erbjuder också exklusiva restauranger och shopping. Berg, sjöar, bäckar, forsränning, slang, fiske, shopping, detta område har allt och är mycket tillgängligt från både Atlanta och Chattanooga. Vilda djur finns i överflöd som hjortar, racoons och fåglar. Det stora sovrummet / badet är på huvudnivån för enkel åtkomst medan loftet har en king size-säng, våningssängar och en tvilling. Enkla steg ner i bäcken för fiske och bad. Släpp ned Fightingtown Creek eller flottvattflotten den berömda floden Ocoee eller kanot Toccoa-floden, de är båda så nära. Ocoee Whitewater Center, synen på rafting 1996, ligger bara 15 minuter bort. Tyst och fridfullt i ett litet gated community men nära shopping, livsmedelsbutiker, sjukhus etc.

We stayed here for our 14th wedding anniversary and had such a wonderful experience! From the very beginning, Wes had amazing communication, offered great recommendations, and was always available if we needed anything. He even surprised us with a bottle of champagne waiting for us when we arrived – such a thoughtful touch!The cabin itself was cozy and well-equipped, but the real magic is in the property outside. The creek right at the doorstep was perfect for relaxing (and even though we didn’t catch anything, it was fun to fish and try!). One morning we spotted deer racing through the woods and even heard them snorting, which was a cool experience to see and hear. There are so many places to sit and relax – from the wrap-around deck with plenty of seating, to the fire pit, to the huge hot tub under the outdoor string lights, The property is clean and maintained, with tubes and a kayak available to use in the creek. Inside, the kitchen had everything we needed with plenty of dishes and utensils for cooking.It’s such a peaceful and relaxing area, and getting to and from Blue Ridge, Ellijay, or McCaysville was a breeze without heavy traffic. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would absolutely come back again!

Property was just as described. We had a great time and plenty of sleeping options in the house which worked out great with the 5 of us. Kids loved the water and we all loved the hot tub. We also had a great time zip lining, a train ride, and white water rafting.

Absolutely perfect! We will be going back again and again. The owner Wes is super responsive and has really taken good care of this house. Beds are incredibly comfortable too! The real highlight is its proximity to Fightingtown Creek. It’s right on the creek with only a few easy steps down to it. Super easy to bounce back inside when the kids want a snack.

Beautiful cabin. We saw a Bald Eagle flying below tree level while sitting in the creek. Absolutely amazing! Check in and out was seamless and easy. Wes texted to see if we need anything and make sure everything was ok. We will definitely be back next year!

Beautiful cabin in a great location

The cabin was just as it looks in the pictures. It was very clean with a perfect layout for my family of 4. Wes texted to check on us on arrival and throughout the stay. The star of the show for this rental is the outside area. My 12 year old loved playing in the creek with her float and my husband and son loved fishing. The hot tub was the perfect way to cap off the day of hiking. We will definitely be back.

Just the Peace and Tranquility we needed!

My husband and I spent a week at Riverbend for our Anniversary. It was just the peace and tranquility we needed! While there, we took advantage of in-cabin massages (The Cabin's Calling) and a special in-cabin cooked meal (Chef Trey). The location was just a short 10 minutes from Copperhill/McCaysville - you must try Sweet Emmaline's Cheesecake - and a short 20 minutes from Blue Ridge - you must try the Railbikes. We did venture out to Helen and other surrounding locations, but we could have stayed at the cabin and had all we needed. I highly recommend Riverbend!

We had a great time. Gorgeous location, I already miss the sound of the River. Saw lots of wildlife, even a Bald Eagle flew by several times. My kids loved tubing most. House was great, can’t beat the easy check in/out. Communication with Wes was great. We loved it.

Mystical Crew de la Trout

We come up to this area each year during Mardi Gras. It just works best for us to get away from the Gulf Coast before Spring Break comes around and we switch fishing to salt water. All the reviews before me are true. You cannot find a better place to relax and fish. There are plenty of fish in the creek!!

Amazing on the river getaway!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. This is a perfect cabin getaway for our small family. We grilled and sat by the campfire all weekend. Cops of coffee down by the river just taste better. We will definitely be back. Thanks to Wes for making sure we had everything we needed and for his great communication throughout the whole process.

Amazing property

Cozy cabin on a beautiful piece of property. The river essentially wraps around the cabin and it was very nice to be able to hear it from the porch (including the hot tub). Very nice fire pit and deck area that we can’t wait to use the next time we come back in warmer months. The host Wes was very good with communicating. Can’t wait to go back in the warmer months or we can take advantage of the fishing, fire pit and hammock in the backyard.
