“The door to the balcony was broken and the safe wasn't closing ”

“The resort had nice rooms with good amenities. The check in and out Staff were pretty stiff and seemed not to be enjoying their jobs. No smiles at greetings or check out. The guys who drove us to our room was excellent and friendly. We counted over a 100 steps to carry our bags up to check out and it would of been nice to offer a ride back up the steep incline. The girl who check us out said it wasn't an option.”

“This is not for traveling with big luggage, you have to walk up a hill and upstairs. i always do a clean sweep. wipe down bathroom, the shower head was black when i started wiping.so imagine if i had just jumped in the shower. "can you say rash". i sprayed the bed but slept on top the comforter. No real parking spaces. no safety lack or extra security so be creative. over all it was ok for my 2 night stay. PLEASE CLEAN FIRST BEFORE RESTING”

“I had a 3day stay at Islam view and the service was exceptional. The staff members were all friendly, polite and attentive. I had an issue with my room location and they addressed it and changed it immediately. The stake-house was amazing (a bit pricey, but worth it). I would recommend this spot to solo travelers because I felt safe on the property. “It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. We woke up sick every morning from breathing in the nasty air all night. I dont know if someone left the front door open allowing the rain water to come in during the storm but we would’ve enjoyed our trip better if we didn’t get sick every time we were in the house. “When checking in the type of room we had was going to be hard for 3 other people I was with to do stairs. Not only did they hunt me down to tell me they found the same type of room but with less stairs to climb. They are always there to help you with whatever problem comes up. Getting around is no problem since they have golf carts to take you to wherever you need to go.”

“Chase and Lindsay were great communicating check in and arranging taxi pick up. Warren G taxi service was always on time and professional. We enjoyed our stay. Definitely would stay there again.”
