Big Bears mest unika läge! Fantastisk utsikt, ved spis, ryggen till berget

Bo på en av de mest unika platserna i Big Bear Valley. Vår vackra fjällstuga ligger tvärs över gatan från Big Bear Lake strandlinje, och går tillbaka till ett berg från den enorma nationalskogen San Bernardino. Om du vill komma bort från stadens stress blir det inte mycket bättre än vår "Alpine Lake Cabin".

Hemmet är två sovrum ett badrum med tillräckligt med boende för upp till sex gäster och parkering för två fordon. Det har ett fullt utrustat kök, vedeldad spis, satellit-TV, kolgrill och fantastisk utsikt från de flesta rum i stugan. Sovrum ett har en queen size-säng, sovrum två har två enkelsängar, plus en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet.

Vi rekommenderar denna stuga för naturentusiaster, små familjens retreat och privata parresor. Stugan byggdes på sidan av berget i en upphöjd position för att maximera den vackra utsikten över sjön. På grund av detta finns 25 + trappsteg på trappan från uppfarten till ytterdörren.

F: Vad är tiden för incheckning och utcheckning?
S: Incheckningstid är 15:00 och utcheckningstid är 10:00. Under jul- och nyårssemesterna är incheckning klockan 16 på grund av hög efterfrågan.

F: Är husdjur tillåtna?
S: Husdjur är inte tillåtna.

F: Är det här en två våningar?
S: Kabinen är bara en nivå. Det finns en planlösning i våra listningsbilder. Det som verkar vara en bottenvåning på bilderna är egentligen bara ett litet förråd. Gästerna har inte tillgång till detta rum.

F: Finns sängkläder och handdukar?
A: Ja. Sängkläder och handdukar tillhandahålls tillräckligt för 6 gäster.

F: Behöver jag kedjor? Kommer det att bli snö under min vistelse?

Perfect Last Min Trip

We very much enjoyed our stay. We've never stayed on this side of the lake and not regret it. The place itself was just perfect for our family. Right across from the water with amazing views from the huge deck. They were very accommodating hosts, would absolutely book here in the future.

Great place right near the lake, cozy cabin perfect size for my Family of 4. The host were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay, they even let us check in early, which we greatly appreciated. we will definitely be coming back to the spot hopefully in the winter specially because it’s no more than a 10 minute drive from the town. Highly satisfied!!

Away from it all

This is my second time staying at this location, first time during the summer. It's on the opposite side of all the hustle & bustle. Being able to walk across the street and touch the water this time (last time was winter). The kids had the best time and just a short drive to easier hikes as well as the Alpine Slides. I would definitely recommend, great spot.

Great location

Amazing view of the lake and forest from each window in the cabin! Perfect fireplace!A lots of stairs to go up and down and very slippery with snow on it. Great stay overall!!! Would recommend it if you just want to relax and enjoy the view!

Cozy cabin with a beautiful view

Everything was perfect for a quick weekend trip to the mountain. The cabin is conveniently located close to main snow/ski attractions, with a beautiful view of the lake and all you can need for a cozy stay. Blankets and heaters were provided for the perfect final touch.

Beautiful view

We spent most of our time out on the deck watching the sunrise, eating meals and just enjoying the view. Lovely cabin that had everything we needed. We got to bbq the first night and I was able to cook homemade Lasagna the next night. I hope to start again soon.

Best get away with a view

This property is exactly what is listed and more. You go there to stay with a view and it helps that everything is within 15mins drive. It’s comfortable and fully equipped. The small touches of leaving out toiletries, kids’ milk chocolate and such were endearing. We appreciated and enjoy our stay.

Cozy & Fantastic View

This is a great location with a stunning view of the lake. The best part of the house is a huge balcony looking onto the lake. Extremely clean and the host was very responsive. FYI - Apple Maps tells you it’s on the opposite side of the road.

A family favorite

Our second visit, my family of four loves staying here to unplug and enjoy everything on the lake. This time we rented waverunners from the marina across the road and the teens absolutely loved it. We noticed and appreciated the extra charging ports and fans this year. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful location with a stunning view of the lake and sunrise. In the peak of summer, it was a bit hot in the cabin at night (no A/C), but we managed with the many fans provided by the owners. Zero complaints. Highly recommend.

Cabin with a view

This is an absolutely gem of a cabin. For a true cabin feel in big bear, STAY HERE. everything is clean, well thought out, tiny details thought of. The view is STUNNING. Woke up to catch the sunrise both mornings, saw a juvenile bald eagle gliding over the lake. Beautiful views of the night stars. The deck is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or tea. Close enough to everything to not feel like it’s a journey, far enough to be able to enjoy the serene peacefulness of Big Bear Lake. WILL be staying here again!

Well It was a pleasant stay except the cabin is dated with too many rocking chairs (4) and Too many decor pillows. Not aware of all the stairs with toddlers, Deck needs painting and no nice patio furniture to relax in, Full size bed in one room was not comfortable, sunken on side. Snow scene in ad of cabin is deceptive as looked beautiful but it’s dated. Stars and cost not Equivalent! Best is beautiful view of lake!!

Wonderful Cabin and Views!

This cabin is about a 15 minute drive from Big Bear City. Myself, my husband, and two kids stayed for 3 nights. The cabin was fully stocked with everything we may have needed plus more! They even set out makeup wipes in the restroom (a small detail but shows how much effort is put into making their guests comfortable). There is a very short walk to North Shore Landing where we rented a boat and spent some time on the lake. It was also very convenient to be so close to shore. We could walk out with all of our chairs and snacks and fish off the shore until we were ready to go enjoy the night in Big Bear City. The only thing I suggested was to invest in an air purifier. My daughter has dust allergies that set off her asthma and she had to use her inhaler everyday. Other than that, we absolutely loved it and would stay here again.

Wonderful View!

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at this property! The view from the deck is absolutely beautiful and serene. I woke up every morning early to see the sunrise over the water. I would suggest since the view is by far this property's biggest assett, that they invest in some decent deck furniture. There were only white plastic chairs on the deck to sit on. In my opinion this would greatly add to people's enjoyment of this rental. The two bedrooms had very comfortable beds. The bed off from the living space, however was uncomfortable. We also had an issue with the water pressure being very low...HOWEVER, the shower pressure was good. The kitchen and bathroom sinks and toilet have very low water pressure. I would most definitely stay here again! It was very cozy...and the view and serenity of the location alone would make me want to return! Thanks for a great stay!

The driveway was covered in 2 1/2’ of snow. As was the stairs leading up to the door. I drove for hours and arrived late at night only to find I couldn’t park my truck in the driveway. Then I had to stomp my way through the snow to bring my belongings up the slippery stairs. I couldn’t park in the driveway or park in the street for fear of a snowplow hitting my truck. I had to spend an hour trying notch out enough area from the driveway area to get my truck off the road enough to not get hit. If this is how the owner/property management treat renters I’ll tell everyone I know to avoid this property like a virus.
