Tropical Oasis Retreat

Indulge in the utmost privacy and security of our serene haven. Nestled on a tranquil neighborhood street, our property is cocooned by lush greenery and a sturdy concrete wall, ensuring an oasis of calm.

A highlight of our home is the expansive pool, offering picturesque views of the water. To enhance your experience, the pool heater can be requested before arrival, with a daily charge of $40/day throughout your stay. Please note, requesting heating post-check-in incurs an additional $100 fee, so be sure to plan ahead. For a truly cozy escape, consider opting for a heated pool from November to March, although March to September boasts naturally warm temperatures.

The outdoor experience continues with a convenient grill, perfect for sizzling BBQs and delightful poolside dining. We provide the gas tank, and if there's leftover gas from previous guests, it's complimentary for your use. Take charge of your own grilling adventure and, if necessary, kindly refill the tank.

Adding to the allure, our property features a charming boat dock on the New River. While you can't swim or use rafts due to frequent boat traffic, the dock invites you to relish waterfront moments.

The Bedrooms

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, an en-suite master bath with a walk-in shower and a double sink with a large walk-in closet.

There is also a Queen size bed off the cocktail room that can either share the master bathroom or the other guest bathroom.

There are 3 bedrooms on the opposite side of the house including, 1 king, 2 queens, and 3 twin-sized beds with one bedroom having direct access to the pool area.

Also included - Children/Baby cribs, beach bags, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Available on request for an additional fee.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PLACE:

Q: Is it near the beach?
A: This home is 10-15 minutes to the beach via car.

Q: Is the neighborhood safe?
A: Very much so. The property is on a private road and has no thru traffic.

Q: Do I need to bring towels or linens?
A: Nope! I provide all these things. Same with hotel-size toiletries (unless I happen to be out, which is rare).

Q: When can I check in or check out?
A: I will try to accommodate your desired check-in or check-out, but we try to keep it to a 10am checkout and a 4pm check in, however, there is a fee of $100 per hour for early (before 4pm) or late checkout (after 10am). Yes, it is expensive; most of the time we have to hire extra cleaners in order to accommodate your late/early checkin/out requests.

Note that early check-ins are not always possible if I have a guest leaving that morning, as I need time to have the room professionally cleaned for you. However, I can usually allow you to drop off luggage, and the house will usually be ready by or 4pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage until at least the late afternoon. Late check-ins, even ones at 2am, are no problem at all.

Q: Will I have a key? Can I come and go as I please?
A: Yes and yes. We use modern lockbox entry via keypads with key codes.

Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests?
A: Yes, and I take pride in providing a clean home for guests. You can request for someone to come tidy up the place at your expense. Just ask your host!
