“We had such a pleasant stay. The room was modern and clean and the staff attentive and service minded. We had room service one evening and the food was excellent. The hotel is closer to Deptford bridge than greenwhich which is the only thing that wasn’t up to our expectations. It’s not a long walk though, so no trouble really. Would definitely stay again when returning to London! ”

“I stayed for 3 nights with my family, everything was good except that the booking stated that it was a 4-star hotel and our room could not have more than 3 stars at most. The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was excellent, the communication was excellent, the railway site is about 100 meters from the hotel and the bus stops in front of the hotel. ”

“Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'appartement, nous avons eu la surprise de ne trouver qu'une salle de bain au lieu des 2 annoncées dans l'annonce. En y regardant de plus près, j'ai compris que l'appartement qui nous avait été donné n'était pas du tout celui de l'annonce. Le propriétaire avait plusieurs appart dans l'immeuble et il en a probablement inversé 2. En effet, nous étions 6, et celui où on nous a mis n'avait des draps et des serviettes que pour 4. Le propriétaire est venu nous amener...

“Terrible check in experience. No reply about the process via Expedia messenger in advance, tried to call the number on the booking multiple times during the afternoon before heading to the property and then when we arrived with it going straight to voicemail, then called Expedia customer service who had the same issue initially before finally getting through to someone. After waiting stood outside in the freezing cold on the phone to Expedia for an hour we booked into another hotel and gave up,...

“We had a very nice stay, very nice apartment, everything worked out great from check in to check out. Even a playground for children in the backyard. Fast response per email when I had some questions. Food store and restaurants nearby. Thames path close by, and lots to discover. Bus and trains close by, easy access wherever u want to go. Overall a very nice stay, and would like to come back soon.”

“Ideal for visiting the o2 as we did, rather noisy around with building works when arrived but quiet over night. Reception said they would come back to us regarding a room upgrade but didn’t? Shower way too hot with apparent little option to adjust, that may have just been our room? Breakfast overall was nice but hot food not great, only scrambled egg which wasn’t the best, only streaky bacon and sausage poor quality, no baked beans, tinned mushrooms! Nice coffee, quiet relaxing dining area...
