“We had a very comfortable & clean stay at Joes place! Easy to find & check in, the house is older but it was so charming & had modern touches that made it a fun experience. The king bed was SO comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to have a nice breakfast. We will definitely choose to stay here again we we visit St. Louis!”

“The gated parking was great! Only thing that would have made it better was if there was entrance access to the back of the building without having to go down through the garage/basement. Everything else met great expectations. Plenty of room for my family in the unit and it was clean. Great communication with the host throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this place and would stay again.”

“Clean and spacious townhome located in a historic neighborhood. This property was located within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and an amazing coffee shop- The Protagonist cafe. We stayed here with our three kids and had plenty of space. The host, Joe, was very helpful with suggestions of local finds. Short drive to City museum, aquarium, and the Arch. Don’t miss the Soulard farmers market which is also a short walk from the property. Definitely will stay here again.”

“My family and I traveled to St. Lois to watch the Brewers play the Cardinals. Everything was wonderful! Excellent safe location with easy access to a variety of spots we wanted to check out. The place was full of charm and comfort. Nearby breakfast place was out of this world amazing! Everyone we encountered was welcoming. Will definitely be back!”

“This was our first trip to the USA. We had a great time and one of the reasons is our accommodation, which was great. Good location, easy to find, plenty of good parking And of course a lovely apartment. We would book here again if we go to Saint Louis again in the future. //Dennis”

“The place was clean enough, however the basement where the bedroom was, smelled like mold the entire time we were there. It gave me a headache. Also parking was difficult--we got a ticket because we didn't read the sign that was over 50 feet away stating they were cleaning the streets and not to park. I wouldn't stay here again.”

“My sister and brother-in-law and I climbed the steep stairs to the 2nd floor and immediately fell in love with the high ceilings and gorgeous woodwork and pocketdoors and floors. Exceptionally clean, gorgeously placed plants and wall decorations. It couldn’t have been done better and the decos were far superior to wall hangings in many fancy hotel rooms. Kevie is the host with the most. I texted him 3x and each time, he responded. If you have climbing issues, perhaps this is not a good fit....

“This two-bedroom unit has high ceiling and lots of tall windows letting in natural light (with good shades for privacy). Quite comfortable living room with Roku tv. Close to highway and downtown. Very comfortable beds. Good location with plentiful and safe parking on the street. Go to McGurks restaurant nearby----good food, live Irish music, just lovely garden for outdoor eating.”

“The apartment was amazing! The outdoor patio near the club house was messy and i was nervous to use the hot tub. I was disappointed because i really wanted a use the outdoors space. But otherwise it was great! ”
