“My parents and I were in Altadena for a wedding and stayed at this lovely little home. The host left some goodies for us upon our arrival, which was much appreciated. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed.”

“The neighborhood is great and the host is amazing. But the property is old and needs a lot of repairs. There are no blinds (or blinds that work) on many of the windows and the interior condo structure lights are right in front of the bathroom windows making it bright at night. The condo was dusty and there was food and grime under almost every piece of furniture. The carpets are just plain gross. The coffee maker had days old coffee left in it. The host really needs to fire the cleaners!”

“We were in town for a family event. Host was very responsive and nice. Home, specifically the furnishings and decor are a bit dated and random but overall home is very comfortable. Location is great, close to practically everything. Whats not within walking distance is only a 5-10 minute drive. Would stay here again if needed.”

“We recently stayed at this unit for a week, The location couldn't have been better for us, as it was close to our visiting clinic where we needed to be and conveniently surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, and banks. Additionally, the proximity to the metro station made getting around a breeze. Before booking, we were a bit hesitant due to some reviews we had read. However, upon arrival, The issues mentioned in previous reviews seemed to have been addressed, and our experience was nothing...

“Stayed here with family and an infant. Was a lovely subsection on their home that was closed off from the main house where I assume the owners live. In a very nice quiet neighborhood and was fairly close to many things in the foothills of LA county. Would stay here again if we every come back down to visit family again.”

And the proximity to Pasadena, Glendale, and the rest of LA is pretty good. The only thing to be aware of is street parking, as you need a permit. But overall, great place. Thank you.”
