Love is unfortunatelly not very lovelly. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone. Avoid.

賑やかなフィリップスバーグやマリゴとは異なり、グランド・ケースは静かでのんびりするのにお勧めです。そして、グルメの村でもあるので、食の楽しみもあります。 ホテルはアットホームな雰囲気で、快適な滞在ができました。 ビーチに面しているので、ここからもグランド・ケース空港に発着する飛行機が見れます。（小型機だけですが）

Excellent staff, great hotel right on the beach.

From checking in until departure our stay was made a great experience by the friendliness of the staff. Nothing was a problem, the service prompt and first class. Situated on the beautiful Grand Case beach front with everything provided for a relaxing time on the beach.Close to restaurants and shops. We would diffently recommend and hope to return some day.

Worse experience ever

This review is about the poor management and lack of customer service provided. While on Expedia I searched hotels in Anguilla, the search pulled up this hotel. The hotel looked great and the reviews look good so my husband and I decided to book. The hotel took half of the balance due once we booked then emailed saying the remaining balance would be charged once we check in. Well on 4/4/17 as we took the ferry ride over to Anguilla we discovered the hotel was on the French side of st. Martin and not in Anguilla. This was at 11am when we discover this error. Once we arrived to Anguilla and I stood inside of the immigration office and called the "love hotel" to cancel the reservation. I was told because I booked my reservation on Expedia I couldn't cancel with the hotel and would need to call Expedia to cancel and there would be no refund of the $450 deposit per Expedia policy. I then called Expedia who told me hey would cancel the reservation and then called the hotel to see if a refund of the $450.00 could be reversed. The rep from Expedia talked to the hotel and then got back on the phone with me to say the money is non-refundable. Ok so now we have no hotel in Anguilla and I'm out of my money. Soooo later that afternoon around 2 pm guess who charges my account another $458.70?!?! Yes "the Love Hotel". We then called to find out why am I being charged when we never check-in. The nasty lady from the front desk yells that this isn't there problem it was Expedia that charged

Nice boutique hotel right on the beach

This was a great place to stay to experience Grand Case. The hotel has chairs and umbrellas, breakfast and lunch. Afun place to stay.

Perfect location with a unique, chic & trendy vibe

What an amazing and unique experience! We were looking for something low-key away from the hustle and bustle of big tourist scenes. We loved everything about this hotel! The location is amidst St Martins foodie strip and literally just steps away from the laid back, low-key Grand Case beach. We had a clean and trendy 2 bedroom suite that had a private balcony overlooking the ocean. And what a Good looking "hip" staff who were always so warm and friendly! The food and drinks were also amazing at very reasonable prices for Grand Case. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay on the French side. Such a unique, chic and trendy laid back vibe! I now see why they have so many excellent reviews, so take our word for it!

Cosy hotel but watch out for dogs on the beach!

We stayed 2 nights upon arriving in St. Martin before going to another location. Called the Love Hotel, the hotel provides no tv's in the guest rooms or bar area. The bar has a small restaurant menu. Pizza was great. The room was clean. Beach chairs were provided. The beach towels can be improved. One large bottle of water is provided and 2 coffee pods for the first day. After that, you are on your own. The big disappointment was when we got our beach chairs, we noticed dog feces in at least 3 locations next to the chairs. When we pointed it out to the staff person, he got a shovel and scooped it up. Then he proceeded to throw the feces in the water right in front of us. Needless to say, none of us went into the water after that. We were horrified! Interestingly, there are signs posted further down the beach that say dogs are not allowed on the public beach. There were 2 dogs in our immediate vicinity running loose. Bring a converter with you because you have to pay 3 euros if you need one for charging your phone or tablet. A hairdryer is provided. You are also charged for extra water and coffee pods.

4-day trip to Grand Case

LOVE Hotel was amazing. As soon as we arrived the staff was very attentive, room wasn't quite ready so they gave us a free drink at the bar (which had AMAZING views). We were shocked at how good the food was at the bar, and how well everything was priced (can't beat a delicious $10 large pizza and $6 ice cream for a casual night in). The staff helped us make dinner reservations, book cabs, they were always there if we needed anything. The location was also amazing, walking distance to many restaurants and beautiful beaches.

Great little find in Grand Case

The Love is a little gem in Grand Case. It's far enough up the road to be quiet at night, but close enough to walk to the shopping and restaurants. The staff (JuJu!!!) is incredible!!! They made our stay so much more enjoyable with their care. We couldn't have asked for better hosts. The hotel is right on the beach. The sand is lovely, the ocean is very calm in the bay. Chairs and umbrellas were readily available as was beach service. Our lunch was served right on the beach and was as delicious as any gourmet restaurant. We experienced an issue with the air conditioning which was remedied quickly and, when it was determined that the compressor was gone, our room was graciously upgraded. One can't ask for more!!

Great Location - Very Friendly staff

Very personal Experience (Hosts knew our names) & very friendly - local knowledge of restaurants + This was the 1st time staying on the french side of island Ive been staying on the dutch side for 20+ years. Cant wait to visit Grand Case again - Would stay @ Love again !
