“What an amazing place right on the beach. We were the only ones stay at the beach property. Loved the lounge chairs, hammock, kayaks. Had communication problems with the property manager at times. No one around upon arrival and no instructions for wifi and TV. He did make arrangements for private snorkeling and fishing tours. The place does not have a hot tub as listed in amenities. The location is ideal at the quiet end of the sidewalk.”

“What a great vacation rental, exactly as described , well equipped for a few days or a month rental. Proximity to the beach, supermarket/liquor store and Placencia beach club make this a fantastic find. The pictures don’t do it justice……. The hammocks, floaties, beach towels make this a great base in Placencia Village. Mae was very communicative and provided a detailed and accurate orientation package , with easy checkin and great directions , with numerous recommendations for local eats ....

“Enjoyed the privacy and view from the studio. The breeze made sleeping and relaxing very enjoyable. Appreciated the paddle board and kayak. The summary of itineraries in the blue folder helped us considerably. We enjoyed our tour to Red Bank (Raul) to see the Scarlet McCaws. Went to the Cockscomb Sanctuary and floated the river and hiked to the waterfall. Ate at recommended restaurants. All in all it was a fabulous 8 days. Enjoyed every guest that stayed at the house too. Everyone was personable...

“This property was better than I anticipated. AC worked wonderfully and had a ceiling fan if you prefer outside air. It was clean and had everything you would expect for a hotel in the states for those of us who are used to such amenities as a coffee maker, with all the accoutrements. A small fridge and plenty is space to unpack for an extended stay. Close to the beach, shops and great places to eat and enjoy night life!
