Four adults and a toddler in a travel crib will feel right at home here on the second floor in Apartment No. 18. With its 85 square meters, it offers every conceivable comfort and surprises with a few extras. Bright and spacious, the living room welcomes vacationers with its real wood-burning stove, sofa set, and large flat-screen TV with a DVD player. Just arrive and start relaxing right away. Here, you don’t have to worry about a thing. The beds are made. Towels are provided. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances. There’s no shortage of dishes either. Everyone can fit comfortably at the glass-enclosed dining area attached to the kitchen. Your vacation home features two sun-drenched balconies (one measuring 8 square meters facing east/southeast; a second facing south, measuring 6 square meters), where you can breathe in the fresh Baltic Sea air. The two bedrooms feature comfortable box-spring double beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m). Each is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a dresser for your vacation wardrobe. The spacious bathroom is a small wellness oasis with a bathtub, shower, sink, and its own infrared sauna. Here, on cool days or evenings, you can work up a good sweat at cozy temperatures that are gentle on the circulation and let go of all your stress. The apartment also features a separate guest restroom. Two parking spaces located one behind the other are included with unit number 18. A mailbox is also available. Upon request, we can provide a travel crib (without an additional mattress [&] bedding) and a high chair (for an additional fee) in the apartment upon request. You can use the Wi-Fi free of charge.

The Residenzen am Kulm—Villa Dorian [&] Villa Evi—were newly built in 2015 and are located on a hill on the Kulm in the heart of the seaside resort of Heringsdorf, on Kavaliersweg. Here you’ll find apartments for 2 to 6 people. Parking spaces are available next to the building for each apartment. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
