Direkt Oceanfront med Million Dollar Views Översta våningen / slutet enhet - bara ombyggd!

Oceanfront topp våningen enhet som helt ombyggdes i maj 2016. Allt är nytt - kronformning, nytt kök med rostfria vitvaror, nytt badrum med ny badkar / kakel i dusch och på golv, nya sovrumsmöbler, drottning madrass, sängkläder och mer !. Detta är en slutenhet och mycket privat. Titta på soluppgången från din privata balkong och vardagsrum. Också, balkongen och enheten är skuggade på eftermiddagen, så mycket bekvämt sittande utanför att ha kvälls cocktails. Allt är nytt. Ny speglad vägg i vardagsrummet gör att du tror att havet är runt omkring dig. Havsbrisen från balkongen är fantastisk och inget behov av en takfläkt på däcken. Gångavstånd till hjärtat av Hilton Head, Coligny.

Nya rostfria apparater, ny soffa, stol och bord med stolar, nytt däck pubbord och stolar gjorda av däckmaterial är bara vacker och perfekt för att titta på stranden.

Had to kill two roaches was very disappointing It looks like maintenance is not a high priorityA cabinet door was out of its rail and simply leaned against the cabinetSome items such as a kettle for heating water for tea or a box of tissues etc needs to be there

The “million dollar view” claim is true (attached pics). However, we encountered a bug infestation (attached pic) in the kitchen. The host arranged for an exterminator treatment, which only helped for 1 day. So we thought it was best to store our non refrigerated food in our suitcase. This inconvenience is the biggest reason for a low rating however, there were some other contributing factors. There were 3 lights/lamps that were inoperative. The ceiling fans/lights on/off pull chains are missing. There is only 1 single towel bar in the bathroom. There is no grab bar in the bathtub/shower. The toilet was not operating properly (I corrected it). The living room TV remote was not operating (new batteries corrected it; batteries didn’t help bedroom TV remote). For the record, I received an unsolicited partial refund from the host, which was appreciated.

Ocean view and location were fantastic!Bed with box springs were very noisy . Really need to be replaced, very uncomfortable. Inner shower curtain has not been cleaned in a long time! Should be replaced. All else was nice.

This was our 4th year in a row with a 2 week stay, and it was excellent. Unit is end unit so it's very private, and like it says it has million dollar views - for both sunrise and sunset. Plus it's conveniently located within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, which has lots of shops/restaurants/bars, plus a grocery store and liquor store. Highly recommend renting this unit!

This condo did need some updates and that’s understandable. The bedroom is very small and hot. It did have a small fan but it was just hot air. The terrible part was the infestation of ROACHES. They were throughout the condo. We had to bag up everything so we wouldn’t carry them home. We spoke to the manager and all he did was say sorry no compensation.

Beautiful Unit with a Beautiful View!

My family of 5 loved the views and decor this property offered! Just as pictured in listing. The host was quick to respond anytime we had a question or concern. The only hang up about this property is the heat in the bedroom at night. (This is a layout issue that many properties in this community share.) Unfortunately, the fans provided (and those we brought with us) only circulate the air and do not cool it. This led to sweaty nights with this mama waking multiple times each night simply due to the heat. It’s honestly the only thing giving me pause from booking this unit again. The views are GORGEOUS. The host was AMAZING. The unit has been updated and is clean (apart from the random bugs which we assume came inside due to the heat and rain). We would recommend this unit in cooler times of the year 10/10.However, if you have trouble sleeping in the summer due to heat, then either bring a solution of your own or be prepared to face the heat come night fall.

Family beach fun

Almost perfect!

The view from the balcony was incredible. Also the balcony was covered and shaded by trees so it was never too sunny or hot sitting on the balcony. It was a cute unit and it was almost perfect for our sister trip. Unfortunately this unit has a significant roach problem and needs a professional exterminator. I’m sure this problem can be eliminated but not with just one application.

Small but Perfect

Location Location Location This is a typical vacation rental that happens to be waterfront…and on the 3rd floor, perfect! The 1BR condo furnishings are pretty dated but functional. It’s perfect for a couple. There are bunk beds for two kids or adults???, but there is no space to get away from each other.

Beautiful Ocean View At Hilton Head

Balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean, which is top priority for us. The condo was quite small, but suitable for 2 adults & 2 children. There was really no inside table to eat at, but we usually ate on the table on the balcony (which seated 2). Property needs a little work -- both folding closet doors were off their tracks, and the dishwasher didn't seem to work (couldn't get it to turn on). Also, there were a significant number of roaches -- I killed a dozen the first night, and a few more around the sink every night when we returned & turned on the lights. All in all, we had a pretty good trip -- location is wonderful & the beach is perfect.

Spring Break Vacation

The view is beautiful. If you are over 50 the bed is definitely not the best for comfort. There is currently a problem with roaches in the kitchen so don’t leave any food on the counter.The host reports an exterminator has been contacted.
