“I found the place based on the map provided on Stayz, the owner never gave the address so it was a little hard to find. The queen bed in the second bedroom is broken and unsafe to sleep on so we had to sleep on the mattress on the floor. No dishwashing soap provided at all yet check out instructions requested for all dishes to be washed. The location to mountain entrance is excellent and it was nice to see the kangaroos in the morning.”

“No hot water in a ski resort?!? 4 forks for 12 people, oven barely working, dishwasher poorly installed and dangerous. Hardly any bowls or glasses and no cups. Cupboard doors off hinges. Great location and comfy beds but that’s it.”

“Great access to Mount Buller and surrounds, really lovely property. Only issue was there were only 6 cutlery settings for an 8 person capacity property and we were two families who couldn't eat together given we didn't have enough cutlery.”

“This house is perfect as a base for a ski trip. We equipped, very comfortable and perfect for families. Great to have the kids space upstairs. Communication for the booking was easy and they were very responsive in helping to resolve a tv issue! Highly recommend.”

“Although the property seems smaller than anticipated, it was still comfortable. It can do well with larger indoor spaces as the rain over the last couple of days confined us so. The TV reception dropped off a few times and there aren’t enough toilet papers resulting in us having to buy some in town.”

“Property has alot of great features but does need some maintenance to make it fantastic. Located perfect for a trip to buller. Drying cupboard is a small room with a heater which i find dangerous. Generous sized rooms and living.”

“When we arrived we couldn’t open the door Called property manager he gave us few suggestions Luckily neighbors after few attempts managed to open Property wasn’t clean at all According to condition they needed extra time to clean Rubbish bin was full of rubbish fridge wasn’t cleaned Spider Webb all over the house Dust and rubbish under the beds wasn’t touched not before lockdown not after Weather was hot and property manager promised fans but didn’t deliver House is in good condition but...
