Du kommer till Kap för stranden ... så varför inte stanna bara några steg bort? Detta charmiga två sovrum ett badrum stuga på en lugn återvändsgränd ligger bara några steg från Keyes Memorial Beach. Det sover upp till 6 på 1 kung, 2 tvillingar och 1 drottning utdragbar bäddsoffa. Det perfekta läget för att njuta av stranden, shopping, restauranger eller helt enkelt få vila och avkoppling.

När du kommer in kommer det första du märker att vara katedralen taket som öppnar upp det ljusa luftiga boendet där vi har haft känslan om kappan in i och hela stugan. Jack & Jill-badrummet kan nås från antingen sovrummet och handdukar och sängkläder tillhandahålls.

Det fullt utrustade köket gör hemmaberedningen praktisk, effektiv och prisvärd. Oavsett om du tar en snabb skål med spannmål till frukost på köksbordet eller njuter av biffar grillade till perfektion på din egen privata uteplats, kommer denna stuga vara ditt fritidshus hemifrån. För de som föredrar bra mat, är restauranger och aktiviteter i det historiska centrum Hyannis bara en kilometer bort.

Centralt beläget på Cape Cod är det perfekt för dagsutflykter någonstans på Cape hela vägen upp till Provincetown. Färjorna till Marthas vingård eller Nantucket ligger också i närheten.

Detta fritidshus har många extrafunktioner från en uppvärmd pool i taket (öppnar fredag 7 juni genom Labor Day), till WiFi för att hjälpa dig att hålla kontakten och en dedikerad parkeringsplats.

Picture perfect in every way! The TLC this little gem receives is evident upon entry - fresh and clean, the tastefully chosen seaside decor lifts the spirit and makes you feel happy to call 4B “home” while in Hyannis. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom (although narrow) was easy to share between 3 adults as it had well placed hooks, towel racks, and nice cabinet and counter space. The location was IT! We stayed for Thanksgiving weekend and were blessed with gorgeous weather - sunny and cool - making walking on the beach a must! The beauty of the area is breathtaking and we are so grateful to have these images in our memory banks for life. Thank you to our host, Steve, who truly has his guests best interest at heart. Before, during, and afterwards, Steve was a thoughtful and direct communicator who made us feel welcome and appreciated. We are so happy to have found you on VRBO!

My Wife and I came here on our honeymoon trip, and just WOW. This place was so close to everything and the entire process and communication with Stephen was the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The cottage itself was immaculate and better than I could have ever asked for. Will DEFINITELY return!

Beautiful cottage. This is our 2nd time staying here and we absolutely love it. It is so cute and cozy with exceptional views. Steps to the beach. The beds are super comfortable. Very clean with beautiful decor. Full kitchen. Outside table and chairs for morning coffee and taking in the view of the water. Quiet and quaint. Close to town and the ferry. Highly recommend. Stephen the host is so helpful and kind. Highly recommended this beautiful cottage.

House was perfect for our long weekend getaway! Location to the beach was perfect and the area was nice and quiet! Close to downtown for good food and an easy drive to the Hyannis port for taking the ferry to Nantucket! Definitely will look to rebook when the weather is warmer, but this trip was just perfect the way it was!!

Great cottage to stay at while on the Cape! Location is perfect for day trips around the area! Then when evening comes the beach is right there for beautiful sunsets! Neat and clean with all the amenities listed! Our host replied to my emails right away! Easy in and out! Great place all around!

The house was just the right size for our small family. A short walk to the beach was perfect for young kids. Close enough to main Street that it was easy to go out for dinners. Stephen was easy to work with and communicated great! Overall a great stay!

The cottage was exactly as described, if not a bit more charming! It was perfect for our family of 4. Check-in and parking could not have been easier and communication with our host was smooth and clear. The cottage was clean, cozy, comfortable and wasn't lacking in supplies. The beach chairs were appreciated. Great water pressure and counter space in the bathroom. Super short walk to what almost felt like a private beach. We used the pool several times and were always the only people there in addition to the lifeguard. Could have walked to Main St., but it would have been a decent walk and the drive was 2 minutes and parking was always easy to find. The variety of restaurants can't be beat. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Great week on the Cape!

This was our third time staying at Steve’s cottage. It has been wonderful each time. The property is maintained well and very clean. Perfect location to walk to the beach, use the community pool and shop/dine on Main Street Hyannis. Steve is very prompt to respond and checks in with us to make sure our stay is perfect. We highly recommend this property and will be back in the future!

This was our second summer staying at Steven’s cottage. Everything was perfect, from check in process to proximity to beach, amenities (grill, pool, comfortable beds and communal space). It is a great location and the beach is lovely, not too crowded and the great for walking. We’re already booked for 2026!

Breakwater beach house

We loved the location, especially right by the beach. The house eas a bit small for 3 adults and a toddler, but we made it work. The owner responded immediately when we needed towels and recmmendations. Its great for a couple and 2 children.

Cape Cod adventure

My friend and I stayed at Breakwaters 4B for 3 nights. The location is perfect. Close to the water and good for travels up and down the cape. The cottage was very clean and provided everything we needed. Stephen was so helpful and thoughtful throughout the planning and during our stay.
