"Nice small room with everything you need. Modern decor. Great location close to everything: shopping, the old town, the Guggenheim. Perfect if you arrive by train since it's right by the train station. However, there was a strong smell of air freshener in the room, and when that subsided, a weak smell of mold. The view was of the next door shopping mall. The breakfast was served in a basement room without windows, which was a bit depressing."

"The service was very good and I was always met with a smile and a will to try and accommodate my needs, very device minded staff. The first night was very noisy due to my room having a window towards a busy street (ask ahead for a quiet room!) but the staff changed my room for the other nights, which also had a tub (that I requested). Clean, spacious rooms! "

"This hotel is perfect if you want to be in the middle of everything. Rooms are nice, clean and you can expect everything you need for the stay. Reception got very high service and can help out to find nice restaurants, checkin was very smooth. Restaurant is high class, rooftop bar is also a nice place to hang out for a drink. However, the thing I will complain about is the rooftop bar service, it's extremly poor (5-6 people are working). You got a menu after 30 secounds but after that, no attention at all. We visit the bar 3 times at 3 different days, with the same result. That service level is not what you expect!"
