Villa Zirconia is an elegant and welcoming three-story villa located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps nine people. From Villa Zirconia you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance. Villa Zirconia is 220 square meters (2370 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Imperia, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the tourist port. You will find the bus stop at 500 meters (1640 feet) and the closest beach (Oneglia beach) at 2.5 km (roughly 1.5 miles). You will reach Villa Zirconia from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
For a successful stay at Villa Zirconia we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to four cars.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. The area is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Patio
The patio is 45 square meters (485 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by retractable awnings and by a wood roof. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven. Here you will find a fitness area equipped with a treadmill. From the patio you will enjoy a view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance.
Garden
The garden is 2500 square meters (27000 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. You will be able to reach it from the patio along an external stairway, climbing 12 steps. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The ceiling of the living room has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include two sofas. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a large window, as well as a small window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. There is a small fireplace. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The room also has two windows.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room. First FloorBedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The floor is paved with wood. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. You will be able to enter the fifth bedroom through an access area. The ceiling is sloped and has an height of 1.20 meters (3.9 feet) at its lowest point. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The room also has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 3
The third bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
