“Cottage style! Love this home. Usually where I stay I don’t really take in what the place has to offer. This is home is a vacation within a vacation. We enjoyed BBQing, the pool, relaxing in the hammock. We connected and felt relaxed and safe. Our purpose was to attend a family reunion that was an easy 20 minutes to get to. Both Carrie and Flynt were wonderful hosts. We definitely returning back!”

There was also an odd odor in the house, which we later discovered was the front load washing machine. ”

“Very clean and updated house, property manager was very communicative and accommodating. All the rooms were exceptional and the pool area was perfect for families. Beach access was a major perk because you avoided the big crowds where the public parking area is. Very convenient location as well to the Siesta shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend for all families, plenty of space for everyone. ”

“Smooth check-in, nice home with 4 bedrooms and plenty of space to spreadout. Nice washer and dryer (we just used dryer for beach towels and swimsuits) so convenient! Screened in pool was very refreshing in 95 degree days, kids loved it. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood.”

We had just enough amenities and perfect access to our local favorites (beach, walking paths, restaurants). “My favorite beach is Siesta Key. I decided to spend my birthday weekend there with my husband but wanted to be walking distance to the beach. This place was not only that, but so cute inside. It is also walking distance to the restaurants and shops too.”
