The unit spans three floors:

- Main Floor: Features a half bath, living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and patio.

- Second Floor: Includes the primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

- Third Floor: Offers two additional bedrooms. One has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and private deck. The other has a twin-over-full bunk bed with an extra twin trundle. A shared bathroom with a double vanity and separate toilet room is located in the hallway.



The fully stocked kitchen comes with pots, pans, utensils, olive oil, spices, flatware, knives, and children's utensils. A high chair is available upon request.



Parking includes a one-car garage, an additional outdoor space, and street parking behind the townhouse.

- NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the home. A $1,500 fine will be applied for violations.

- NO PARTIES: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed unless pre-approved. Only the number of guests listed at booking are permitted in the house.

- DAMAGES: Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items and agree to pay the retail value for replacements.

- LOCAL GUEST BOOKING POLICY: Local guests must contact the host before booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without the possibility of a refund.



*PETS: Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis, we don't allow aggressive breeds (maximum of 2 dogs) and must be approved by the host prior to booking. A pet fee of $75 per pet applies, and breed restrictions may apply. Cats are not allowed. Pets are not allowed on furniture, and we ask that all pets be kenneled when left unattended in the unit. Please clean up after your pets. An extra cleaning fee will be charged if pet hair is found on beds, linens, or furniture. The pet fee does not cover pet-related damages or additional cleaning.





Good to Know:

• All properties are contactless checkin. All check-ins begin at 4 PM unless otherwise approved in writing. Edits made to an earlier time do not override this policy.

• Late arrivals after 8 PM are still welcome, but live assistance may be limited.

• Local residents must message before booking. Non-inquiry local bookings may be canceled without refund.

• If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.

• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 3% processing fee. This does not apply to HVMB reservations.

• After booking, you may be asked to complete a rental agreement or provide additional details for Chady Property Management—just to ensure everything is set for your stay!
