    Take in the ocean views from your furnished lanai at this bright and clean, single-level condo. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar-ideal for preparing cost-saving meals at home-as well as a very zen living area with comfortable furnishings and a cable-equipped, TV. This vacation rental also includes a private washer/dryer so you can pack light for your stay. And when it's time to cool off, head downstairs and slip into the shared pool or fire up one of the poolside gas grills to add a little spice to your home-cooked menu.

    Find several beaches up and down Ali'i Drive, including the beach park at Magic Sands just a few miles south as well as the popular surf spot, Honl's, just a half-mile north. This condo is only a mile south of the heart of Kona, where you can shop, stroll, and dine while never losing sight of the ocean. A half-mile past that is the Kailua Pier, which is also the starting point of the famous Ironman triathlon. And don't forget to head up to Kona Brewing Hawaii for outdoor dining, brewery tours, and great food!

Great location, great amenities, good privacy.

This property balanced a great location with good facilities (in unit washer dryer, full kitchen, great patio view) allowing my family to have an outstanding vacation to Kona. I recommend it and I would book it again.

This condo was nice and close to shops and restaurants. Pros: great view, comfortable bed, central location, nice neighbors, clean, nice lanaiCons: no beach, bathrooms smell musty, outdoor furniture needs replacing, no a/c (it's in the 80's during the winter), needs new pillows,

Sweet spot

Very nice condo -- we loved it

We loved everything -- only problem was difficulty opening the front door, Staff also experienced difficulty and tried to fix the lock. Eventually, we left with the door unlocked. It seemed safe on third floor and had no problem.

Stunning view, comfortable amenities

My wife and I stayed here with her parents for Ironman World Championships in October. With two bedrooms and bathrooms, there was plenty of space for the four of us. The ocean view from the private lanai is stunning. The unit is on the third floor, and we never found an elevator. No AC, but the fans were sufficient for the weather we encountered. The kitchen and laundry allowed us to live as much of a normal life as we wanted while on vacation. The location provides quick access to Kona and the west side of the island.

Beautiful views but the check in process was ridiculous

This condo is in a great location and some beautiful views, but when u have to sit on the phone for 2.5 hours to get the code to the door so you can check into the place . It truly started off the vacation on a sour note. Also we had someone enter the condo, while we were gone. It was assumed it was cleaners that had the schedule wrong, but still a little crazy to think someone has access to the condo at any point.

The Little Things Matter

Getting into and into the property was fairly easy. Once inside, we noticed the overall cleanliness, which was great. As days went by, we were made aware of the little things that needed attention. Pulling the coffee grinder plug out of the socket in the kitchen also pulled the whole electrical box out of the wall. A few of the floor tiles near the balcony sliding glass door were cracked. On the balcony, many of the tiles on the floor were missing. One of the torches on the balcony didn't work. The towel rack in the master bath came off of the wall. The diverter valve in the other bathroom let more water out the faucet than out of the shower head. The light switch in the other bathroom was so loose that it almost came off of the wall.

Ocean front

We did not have enough kitchen utensils so we had to run dishwasher after each meal. Missing butter knives and pizza cutter. Toilet handle did not work in one bathroom. The Japanese screen does not make this into a two bedroom place….not enough privacy or ability to watch tv and sleep or even minimize the noise (absolutely horrible). Had to fiddle with the tankless water system and shower to get hot water. Tankless water heater and kitchen continues to shutoff or sputter. Porch blinds is laying on floor. Handle rusty and not usable. Needs another comfortable chair in living room. No beach towels or pool towels. Tiki lamps not working. Nice pool. Glad for the medical stuff, extra dish cloths, plastic bags, storage container and cleaning supplies.

3 week stay

Amazing balcony views Great location Condo would be perfect for a 1 week stay, but for longer stay, the bed was too hard, I never got used to it, it was super hard and there's a variety pillows. They have plenty of dishes, towels etc but the non stick pans are in really bad condition, so we bought a new pan at Walmart. The bolt to the toilet seat was broken so we bought a bolt at the local hardware and fixed it. There is a small toilet leak. Management was quick to respond to providing the code to the pool gate. I didn't watch much TV, but when we did, it wasn't a simple task. Plus it's location allows only 1 person to see it easily, however you can watch it from the bed, however the waves are loud and it's hard to hear the TV. There's no AC so keeping the doors open to the balcony was necessary & amazing to hear the waves. But if you are a TV buff, this is not the place to stay. We spent hours and hours on the balcony. We used the grill once, it's not the best, it had a hard time getting hot. There's also no elevator, but the view is worth the stairs.

Wonderful place!!

We had such a great stay. The space was perfect and the lanai was heaven. We'll definitely recommend this location to friends and family, and if we get to come back for another visit, we'll be staying here again. Absolutely loved it!

Beautiful view from a beautiful condo

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this property. Centrally located on the Kailua coast this wonderful condo was our home for 7 days. The property was updated and very well maintained in a quiet resort. I sent most of my time admiring the view of the ocean from the Lanai.

Great location

This was one of the better rentals I’ve stayed at. It was clean and had much of what we needed. I did wish there were more beach towels, they only had two. The location was perfect. Just outside of the busy part of town but close to Everything. There was no direct beach access but we had the amazing view. I can see why people would need a/c but we stayed in December to the weather wasn’t as hot. Keep in mind it’s on the 3rd floor without stairs. My older mother had a difficult time navigating stairs but we managed. I would stay here again!

Good View

This building had a good view. But we had the faucet leaking and had a bit of trouble. Since it was Christmas time , the team tried to help, but could not do much. Otherwise I would still recommend this. Price is something to look for . Find a better price to list since this was higher than anticipated. Since it is a tourist place, price places a crucial role. Also the 2nd car was not allowed to park even in the visitors parking. Had to park it outside.

Kona Girls trip

Our annual girls trip took is to this nice condo near the core of Kona. We ubered to Huggos and enjoyed the proximity to the places we wanted to visit. Condo had nice space for us. TV was good for later in evening. No A/C but fans kept us comfortable.
