Extra long weekend stay

We came up from Boston with our dog for four nights. Home has everything you need for a comfortable beach stay, including a beach pass for the nearby beaches. Everything was clean and comfortable. Excellent location near beaches, shops, and restaurants. Not walkable in the summer heat, but just a very short drive. Our dog loves running on the beach in the morning and we enjoyed relaxing at the beach in the afternoons. Check in and out was very clear and easy. Would definitely stay again!

Child-friendly property close to the beach

We appreciated the proximity to the beach, the provided crib and toys, and the on-site ammenities such as the hottub and outdoor shower. Would definitely recommend to others!

Kennebunk

Loved the property & location but there was a weird neighbor Nextdoor we caught spying on us with a flashlight out of their window at night, made us feel very uncomfortable being a mom alone with her kids, luckily nothing further happened but I did not sleep well that night! Home is beautiful and functional! Hot tub was amazing and very clean! Snow was only shoveled partially which made it slightly difficult but we understood due to the recent storms, all in all was a great getaway, the nearby beaches were gorgeous!

Quick and comforting stay

I had to have surgery and live 2 hours north. This gave us easy access to my appointments and a comfortable resting place after surgery. Thank you so much. The house and yard are lovely.

Quick Stay

Rented this home for 2 nights. Had everything we needed, no concerns. Peaceful back yard for morning/evening nature watching. Hot tub was a very nice touch. Easy check-in. Good A/C, which I've learned is about 50/50 in Maine. That was a very welcomed sight! Only *very* minor issue was bed size. They're on the smaller size, but that's nitpicking. Great home!

Cozy Getaway

This property was the perfect size for our family of 4 and small dog. The house was very clean and well stocked with the essentials (kitchenware, towels, blankets). We were able to enjoy both the hot tub and fire pit, and there was lots to do nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice getaway!

Beautiful property and very clean. In a quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy. 5 min ride to the beach. The hot tub was a wonderful asset in winter. Suggestions to earn the 5th star: The kitchen could use improvement: in absence of a dishwasher a drying rack for dishes would be great to have. We only found 1 wine glass in the cabinets - might be good to restock to a full set of 2 :) The water pressure in the bathroom sink is very low, but in the shower it is fine. I would definitely recommend this place, and would gladly go back there for another stay.

Fall get away

Kennebunkport house

Everything about our trip was outstanding, we got lucky for February with the weather, except our check out day( 6 inches of snow), we walked to the beach everyday. Very clean, and we didn’t need to bring anything. Our family would love to stay again!!!!

Peaceful and relaxing

The house is in a great location, clean, and very cozy. It was the perfect place to relax for a weekend away. We had a small issue with the shower but property management was easily accessible, professional, and very helpful. The beds were dreamy and we loved the hot tub!

Stayed here for Christmas Prelude

This house was in a lovely neighborhood and was close to the center of Kennebunkport and the Christmas Prelude activities. We were 2 couples and 1 dog. The house was clean with plenty of space. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen had plenty of glassware for wine and cocktails and cups for coffee. One bed was a queen bed and the other bed is a full-size bed, which is a bit small. Fortunately, one of our couples is not too tall, so they took that room. :-) The bed sizes were included in the online description, so it was no surprise. I am just mentioning so others are not surprised or assume a larger bed. We were also a big negligent in reading the instruction manual regarding the heat, and turned up the thermostat on the wall. After a couple hours with it not getting much warmer, we finally looked in the book and it said to use the remotes in each room to control the separate units and NOT to use the thermostat. Whoops! It would be helpful to have a small message at the thermostat saying not to touch it. We were there for the weekend and the house certainly suited our needs and the dog friendly aspect was a big plus for us. We did not have time to take advantage of the hot tub.

Small home in a lovely neighborhood in a great location.

The home is very comfortable and all basic supplies are provided. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals and enjoying the outdoors. The hot tub is great, and in good weather there is an outdoor table and fire pit. We loved it!

Very Comfortable

My husband and I enjoyed our 3 night's stay there. The house was located in a neighborhood with beautiful trees and charming houses. Since it was just the two of us, we had plenty of room. The backyard was beautiful, and we enjoyed sitting outside. On a chilly night the hot tub felt good even though it had a fishy smell. Don't know what caused that. We just tried to ignore it. When we got there the garbage bins were filled with trash and some was outside the bins. It was unsightly, but fortunately it didn't smell. One morning we noticed the neighbors had their bins at the end of the driveway, so my husband pushed them out for the garbage men. For the most part the house was very clean except for a few tiny areas the cleaners missed. A mistake easy to make since it's a lot to clean in just a few hours.

Quiet neighborhood near beaches

This was my second time staying at this cute little home. I was very impressed by the beautiful new stone walkway, stairs and patio with four Adirondack chairs, a stone fireplace and hot tub! There's also a private deck with four chairs, table, umbrella and grill. The property was spotless and the kitchen was well-stocked. There's a fireplace in the living room. The only thing that could be improved someday is the couch and two sitting chairs in the living room. They just need to be reapolstered to make things fresher, but they were perfectly comfortable. I look forward to staying here again with my dog.
