The Brook House is a beautifully renovated space nestled among the trees with a beautiful trickling brook for exploring behind the house. Custom built condo/town house in Kennebunkport is tucked away, is a quiet retreat after a long day at the beach but also provides many amenities. This meticulously crafted home offers plenty of living area, an updated kitchen, and The Brook-side House will comfortably sleep 6 guests for a week or a few days of peaceful relaxation. The newly updated kitchen has all the cooking and baking amenities you'll need. A Professional series electric stove and all the other essentials you'll need to prepare a gourmet meal! The space, with details not spared, offers unique built-in cabinetry and luxury finishes on the inside while on the outside a custom built fire pit area can be enjoyed in the quiet evening that only the sound of the brook and peepers seem to live. Our location couldn't be any more perfect, with just a walk or bike ride away from Goose Rocks Beach. Grab one of our coolers, some drinks and hop on your beach cruiser for a day at the best beach in Southern Maine or take a short walk across the street and enjoy a five-star dinner at the acclaimed restaurant "Earth" at Hidden Pond. This private home nestled off the road with a quiet landscape we designed with travelers and families in mind. The outdoor space has a gas grill for your cooking/BBQ-ing convenience.

•Linens provided for the king, queen size beds and the queen pullout couch (located in the downstairs living room).
•Towels, beach towels are always fresh.
•We have plenty of pillows to choose from.
•Kitchen with all necessary equipment needed to prepare meals and a dishwasher helps make clean up easy.
•Washer dryer and laundry detergent/dryer sheets are available for you to use and replenished for you. (We travel too and dislike needing to buy a whole thing of Tide to do a couple of loads of swimsuits and beach towels)

Lovely house near the beach!

We stayed here for a week with our family. Great location and close the the beach, which you could bike to! Emily and her father were super helpful and kind. They responded to our questions quickly and were just really friendly people.The house comes with a lot of bikes, which was amazing as we wanted to bike to the beach. They also had some beach toys for the kids which was very helpful!We have to fly to Maine so we wanted to ensure that the place we stayed at had beach stuff such as chairs, a parasol and towels as it's hard to fly with all this. While the house came with these amenities, they were all old and a bit broken. The house also only offered one dish towel so if it gets dirty and you need to wash it, you don't have any dish towels to use! Other than that, the stay was lovely. The rooms were nice and big and we had lots of room in the house overall. I'd recommend it!

This was the perfect Goose Rocks Beach spot and rental for my husband and me. It had everything things for us to feel at home and comfortable. We took advantage of the bikes, the Solo stove, and beach towels. The fresh flowers on the counter when we arrived were an appreciated lovely touch. We would not hesitate to book this one again on a future trip to GRB.

Ideal location and great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The space worked well for our family of 4 - the bedrooms were spacious (our kids are 6 and 11 but both rooms could easily accommodate a travel crib), the beds were comfortable, and we happily settled into the living room for a movie marathon during a super rainy day during our trip. The kitchen was sufficiently outfitted, and we loved making use of the solo stove for s’mores with the kids. We wanted to be close to Goose Rocks Beach and boy did this place deliver - it’s a mere 2 minute drive away! You can grab daily parking passes at the kiosk at the general store or at one located along the beach along the parking spots. Dock Square is a 10 minute drive away for restaurants or browsing. One small heads up: laundry is located in the upstairs bathroom that’s between both bedrooms, so don’t plan to do laundry after bedtime if you have young kids!

Wonderful stay

The property was fantastic! We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the house was and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our scenic drives to and from town, seeing wildlife and so many beautiful homes. We plan on staying at the same location when we come back to visit.

Nice and quiet

It’s a nice property adjacent to another home and likely another rental on the property as well. Very spacious and clean. Comfortably sleeps 6 adults or adult sized kids. A little challenging for someone with mobility issues such as my mom with a cane, but she managed. It was in a nice area, but 10-15 minutes drive to get anywhere I would definitely consider this property again..

Blissful stay

We originally booked this property because of its proximity to one of our favorite Kennebunkport restaurants, Earth, willing to make sacrifices for the convenience. We were pleasantly surprised in all ways! The home is clean, well furnished and very spacious. Both bedrooms are large with comfortable beds. Although technically a townhome, it is incredibly private and quiet. We both walked and biked the easy, flat route to Goose Rocks beach each day. Highly recommend and look forward to staying here again.

Awesome rental!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The house is spacious and comfortable. The wooded outdoor space is very private for relaxing. The location is close to the beach and close to town. It’s all that we could have asked for! We will definitely keep this rental home in mind for our next visit to Maine. Awesome!

The Brook House was a wonderful getaway spot for our family. It was spacious, quiet, beautifully decorated, and clean. A short drive to beautiful Goose Rocks Beach and other nice beaches, restaurants, and shopping. We would highly recommend!

Fabulous Brook house

The home description is perfect. We love the area for its beaches, restaurants and shopping. The location of the condo is so convenient to everything. The outdoor shower was a plus in the 90 degree heat when we got back from the beach. I highly recommend the Brook House.
