Flies everywhere in the food pavilion in and around the buffet. A lot of food not covered. Salads etc not kept in cool cabinet, just out in the open. Tablecloths filthy and not changed while we were there....

"What I liked: the oceanfront room was exactly as advertised; beautiful stepping out to the porch and watching the ocean. The room was decent and comfortable. "I visited The One during off season and covid mitigation rules, and due to this circunstances, I was surprisingly the only customer in the whole large resort. I got very warm welcome and free upgrade to a seafront apartment. Nothing major to complain other than the TV in the apartment did not work, neither did the wifi for some occasions. "The location is pretty good, the way to the ocean is close, but pretty rough. A good store is not within walking distance, but a 3 minute tuk-tuk ride away. The apartment is ok, a bit outdated, but roomy. The pool is spacious, looks outdated but clean, the good part is that there are usually not many people there.
