Parkeringsanmärkningar: På snödagar ska bilar avlägsnas från parkeringsplatsen vid snöborttagning. Observera att parkering på Ritchie Drive är två timmars parkering under skidsäsongen. Om du vill flytta din bil från platsen för att tillåta snöborttagning och inte vill använda två timmars parkering, kan du använda den gratis hela dagen "Greyhawk Parking Lot", som ligger i närheten över bron efter Lloyd Drive. Fordon kan parkeras i särskilda parkeringsområden. Observera inga parkeringsskyltar och reserverade / funktionshindrade parkeringsplatser. Parkeringen av släpvagnar är inte tillåten, eftersom det finns begränsad parkering tillgänglig och parkeringsplatserna är mycket små. Det kan finnas parkering på River Run parkering på 3 Ave. i Ketchum, men det är inte övervakat och gäster parkerar på egen risk.

Close to ski lifts

The condo is very close to the ski lifts. A bonus not needing to drive everyday. Had everything we needed except coffee filters for the drip coffee maker - which required another trip to the grocery store.

Nice place close to town

The condo was small but exactly what we needed. It was very hot the first day there (95 degrees), so the condo was super warm Since there is no central air. The air conditioner in the bedroom helped greatly though. We didn’t cook while there, but had what you needed if you wanted to. It was close to town and trails if you wanted to hike. Would stay again if we head up that way.

Simple and cute. Not too fancy. Comfortable and great location. Liked the prop management company “Vacasa”. No coffee filters is like no TP and they showed up in 10 minutes with the filters!

PROBLEMS WITH POWER OUTAGE

Although it was explained in paperwork when we arrived to the condo, it was very very hot inside, we had run the fan in the bedroom, and it caused a power outage. We were able to get it going again, but it was somewhat of an inconvenience.

Cute little condo

Stayed here to ski at Baldy. Location is close to SV lodge (and I believe included passes to lodge amenities). The walkway to property was very very icy (yes, it’s a ski town but the ice was pretty thick). We didn’t use any kitchen items aside from coffee maker but it seemed like you could cook a small meal. There is a hot tub on site but didn’t use it as we went to the Lodge. Nice weekend place for a couple - maybe 1 kiddo.

Comfortable and Quiet

Good quiet location that's not too far from town but away from all the busy activity. Near to the bike path into Ketchum and Warm Springs ski run is just a stroll down the hill. Good supply of information on things to do and places to eat. A nice comfortable place to stay.

Nice location, well decorated

Worked out great! Nice location. Close enough to the action with decent views. We stayed with our 5 year old daughter and the sleeper bed was comfortable. It was a clean, nicely laid out space. The washer wasn't working when we were there which was disappointing because I had packed knowing we could do laundry. The property mgr attempted to have it repaired, while we were there, but it wasn't. I let him know it still wasn't working via text and never heard back from him.

OK condo in Warm Springs

Smallish, not up-dated condo away from downtown Ketchum. Nice view, but deck is divided by massive chimney, so one person can sit on one side of the chimney and one on the other and you cannot even see one another. we rented this unit as a stopover in the middle of a two week road trip, specifically because it has a washer / dryer in the unit. Great, except the washing machine is out of order ( no prior notice given) and we had packed enough for one week, planning to do laundry in this unit. Called Vacasa and got a quick response from the local property manager with an offer of a refund of up to $100 - has not yet arrived. OK condo but nothing special.

Beautiful

Very easy through VRBO/Vacasa. Customer service answered the phone quickly & kindly & professionally when I misunderstood how to get in with the keypad. The place was much larger than I realized, very clean, with wonderful attention to detail and had everything I needed.

Sun Valley Jazz place to stay

The view was so beautiful, Sitting on porch looking at the ski slope. Very comfortable furniture ,clean and extra towels was nice. Vacasa employee Camie was there to help with anything we needed.

Clean and close to slopes

Condo is great, clean and has everything you meed. Hot tub is very clean and close and you can see the slopes while soaking. Only issue we has was getting in - you are given a code for the deadbolt and the handle lock is supposed to be unlocked - the code worked for deadbolt but the handle was locked and it took a few different phone calls to get to talk to a person versus voicemail. Once we didnget a liver person we were able to get in.

Cute condo a short walk from the lifts

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute and well-appointed condo near Ketchum. The location was perfect, with easy walking access (even in ski boots) to the lifts and only a short drive to downtown Ketchum. The kitchen was well supplied (except we ran out of salt!). The views of the mountain are also great, we liked watching the snowcats driving around the runs in the evening. I would totally stay here again if I were to return to Sun Valley.

The Perfect Ski Condo

This condo is quite large, has a beautiful stone fireplace, was very clean and well maintained, has good quality and comfortable furniture (including the bed) . and has large screen TVs in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped and had what appeared to be a fairly new stove and refrigerator. The internet and cable TV services were excellent. The location was perfect, being about two blocks from one of the Sun Valley/Mount Baldy ski lifts, and was also very quiet. The property manager Scott provides excellent guest service and support, and in my case went well above the call of duty. When I broke my hip on the ski hill, I contacted him and he rushed back to the condo to pack my things and bring them to the local hospital before I was transported to Twin Falls for surgery.

Good location and layout. Maintenance needs to be upgraded!

The slider didn't lock. We reported it upon our arrival but nothing was done during our stay. Someone needs to check up on the maintenance staff.
