Remodeled 2 sovrum Ocean View Condo på Maui Kamaole, sover upp till 6. J-214

Fantastisk renovering slutförd i slutet av 2018 i denna två sovrum havsutsikt lägenhet på Maui Kamaole. Denna vackra ombyggnad kan mest njutas i köket och två badrum. Köket har nya granit bänkskivor, bambu skåp och rostfria vitvaror. Badrummen har samma granit diskar och bambu skåp, liksom vackert kaklat dusch med regndusch huvud och glaspartition.

Inredningen i denna lägenhet är en blandning av tropiska och moderna och skapa en känsla av hem. Loftet sovrummet har en queen size-säng och ett badrum badrum. Det andra sovrummet ligger på bottenvåningen och har även en queen size-säng. Det finns också ett badrum på huvudnivån.

Koppla av på Lanai eller njut av måltider medan du tittar på Stilla havet och West Maui Mountains.

Denna l��genhet ligger på andra våningen. Varje byggnad på Maui Kamaole har två våningar. Alla två sovrums lägenheter ligger på andra våningen och ett av sovrummen ligger i andra våningen loftet i lägenheten. Det finns ingen hiss tillgänglig. Den andra våningen lägenhet är endast tillgänglig via trappan.

Maui Kamaole ligger i South Kihei, mittemot Kamaole Beach 3 och Kihei Boat rampen. Det är en kort bilresa till allt som South Kihei har att erbjuda och en kort bilresa till närliggande staden Wailea. Många stränder, affärer och restauranger ligger i närheten.

A Home Away From Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was comfortable and had a lovely view of the water. The kitchen is not equipped the basics one needs to cook meals so you need to be prepared to purchase all the staples for cooking or bring them with you. The stairs to the condo are steep but doable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in J Bldg since we sold in 2015. It's one of the best properties in So Maui. This unit however has a broken bed spring in the downstairs bedroom and the carpet was filthy. It also needs alot of tlc such as wd 40 , toilet constantly running etc.

The unit was perfect. Clean well stocked with necessities and comfortable for every one. The lanai has a great view of the whale playground. We hope to have the same unit again next year. Grand daughter loved the pools. Convenient to beaches and stores.

I would recommend the property management folks send a screen shot of what is needed for the health clearance once someone is leafed through the airport. The written description wasn’t clear to me, it when they sent a screen shot I knew exactly what they wanted. Overall- it was a great experience and we highly recommend this property. Mahalo!!!

Just fine for me

The condo is in a nice complex right on the edge of Kihei. The landscaping is pretty and you can easily walk around the neighborhood. The condo itself is just okay for me. The bathrooms are redone and very clean and nice, but the carpet desperately needs to be replaced. There are very few amenities - not enough good beach chairs, umbrella or decent cooler. The kitchen is basically equipped. Note that the upstairs bedroom has no door and therefore the privacy is compromised while sleeping there - I woke up every morning to my daughter in the kitchen making coffee.

We have had such a wonderful time here at J214! Everything here is beautifully decorated with lots of extras provided. Thanks for providing the insulated carrier for us to have a picnic at Kula Botanical Garden! We loved our whale watching cruise with Pacific Whale Foundation and our Zipline Tour at Haleakala! Thanks!

Spacious & Relaxing Condo in great complex

We had a great stay at this condo which is right next to a nice shady pool. There was some roof construction going on in the J block that started at 8am but the workers were finished by 4pm each day. Everyone enjoyed the spacious lanai! The A/C in each room worked great and the kitchen and bathrooms were updated and very nice. Only complaints/ suggestions are that the unit could use new flooring, new beach chairs, more comfortable beds and no matter how good we were about putting food away and wiping counters clean, we dealt with little ants on a daily basis which was annoying but we know it’s a tropical environment and ant control is a challenge. We would stay again.

Terrible experience

The experience was overall pretty terrible. The unit was infested with ants. Very little effort was made by the property management team to rectify the issue. Cleanliness/customer service are clearly not priorities. I would not recommend staying there.

Great Location and Value

Walk to the beach across the street, plenty of room for parking for those trips across the Island. This is a great place.

We've stayed in ~10 Maui Kamaole units over the years since 1987 and J-214 is the best. Great view without power lines and road noise. Top notch furniture, fixtures and decor. Nearer the upper pool which we favor.
