Denna övre våning hyra erbjuder utsikt över Green Mountain National Golf Course och de omgivande bergen utanför balkongen. Det ligger på baksidan av orten för extra lugn och ro och har en mysig vedeldad spis i vardagsrummet. I huvudbyggnaden hittar du anläggningar som två delade pooler, ett spa, bastu, fitnessområde, ära bibliotek, skidbutik, restaurang och deli. Det finns också en racquetball domstol och säsongsöppen utomhuspool och grillplats också.

The condo is somewhat outdated and could benefit from updating. The sofa is not comfortable for sleeping for more than one night. Additionally, the walk to the lift may be difficult for some guests.

lacking enough kitchen equipment and plates, dishes, etc. Elevators out of service most of the time. Unit somewhat run down, could use trim, caulking, paint. Bed mattress extremely hard. Good location for skiing. Hot tub, gym, and pool in different building, short walk. Noise from guests above annoying.

Old and tired.

TV remote did not work, so no tv for 3 days. The solution was to give me new batteries which did not work. Maintenance was performed in the kitchen and was not cleaned up. Shards of wood all over everything in the kitchen. Balcony door does not lock properly. Kitchen dishes and pots and pans (the few that were there) were dirty.

Fine for price

Super close to the mountain. Simple apartment. Kitchen was clean, we cooked breakfast there and had everything we needed. Coffee pot with filters there fyi. The cons were two cleaning issues. One was a used hand towel hanging in the shower. Second was the pull out couch sheets had crumbs on them which led me to believe they weren’t cleaned. Overall okay stay. Would stay here again without the cleaning issues.

Disappointing Stay

As much as I hoped for a pleasant experience, my recent stay left me feeling quite dissatisfied. I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my overall stay, forcing me to give this accommodation a below-average rating. Here's a breakdown of my concerns: 1. Unpleasant Odor: Upon entering the room, I was greeted by an overwhelming and unpleasant smell that lingered throughout my entire stay. 2. Damaged Couch Cushions: The couch cushions had a big burn hole. These unsightly damages greatly diminished the comfort and appeal of the living space. It was evident that the management had neglected to address this issue, making me question the level of care given to the property. The smell could have come from this. 3. Limited Towels Provided: Another inconvenience I encountered was the lack of an adequate supply of towels. Considering the number of guests for which the accommodation was booked, it was disappointing to find that there were not enough towels provided. I had to reuse wash clothes at towels. 4. Broken Futon: Regrettably, the advertised futon was in a state of disrepair. It was clear that the management had not taken the time to ensure its functionality. The inability to utilize the futon as intended significantly impacted the overall comfort. The middle bar was bent so bad it felt as if I was folding in half.

Rough around the edges

Good- there's a new spa in building 3-use the card hanging in the hot water heater cupboard to access! We weren't told this, so had to inquire. New carpet, chair, fridge and microwave and TV. Beautiful view! Beside the golf course, so some nice walking. Bad- not close enough to walk to the lifts, but there is a shuttle which runs every 20 min. or so. Kitchen and bathroom are original and in rough shape. Bed and pullout bed are not all that comfortable. Pots, pans and cutlery are basic. Enjoyed the area!

Excellent place to stay and ski Killington

Nice and clean place conveniently close to Killington base areas with shuttle services available. The apartment is clean, the Quinn bed in the bedroom has good firm mattress. The living room has new couch. The kitchen is adequately equipped.

Great location

Mountain green is a great location. This condo was nice. Only negative was the pull out couch was very uncomfortable. You could feel all the metal thru the very thin mattress. Otherwise everything was good. We had a nice weekend.

Smelled TERRIBLE

I expected it to be out dated and old. I even expected the bed to be uncomfortable. But the SMELL!!! Yuck! I think cigarette smoke? Location great if you can find a different unit in same place.

Great location and small but comfy

The condo is absolutely as advertised. Basic, clean and close. The property did not have the pool and hot tub open due to renovations, a bit of a disappointment. We also couldn’t find or didn’t get a key to the ski locker, but it wasn’t a big deal. The condo was clean and comfortable!!!

Decent place, as pictured. Smelled like cigarette smoke.

The unit was overall decent and basically as pictured. The location is great. The unit smelled like cigarette smoke, the tub leaked, and the lights in the bathroom would flicker pretty regularly. When I raised the cigarette smoke smell with the property manager, he sent over a worker who claimed she didn't smell it. In my initial call to the property manager he'd implied he wouldn't do much beyond sending a worker over to check to see if the smell I was telling him I smelled was real. At this point I had already spent about an hour on this issue after a long car ride, so I let it drop and put up with the smell. But I wouldn't call this the best customer service I've ever received for a vacation rental.
