The Space:

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront villa in El Centenario sleeps up to six guests and sits right on La Paz Bay with a private rooftop pool and sunset terrace. You're 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from downtown La Paz, but the quiet waterfront setting feels worlds away.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

All three bedrooms feature king beds with quality linens and open onto outdoor spaces—step out to the balcony or pool deck and wake up to bay views. Three full bathrooms mean no morning bottlenecks, and each is stocked with essentials for a comfortable stay.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

The open-plan living and dining area is flooded with natural light and frames the bay from nearly every angle. Settle into the sofa with the Smart TV or gather around the dining table for meals with a view. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home—stainless steel gas stove, full-size fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, and all the basics.



Outdoor Amenities

The rooftop pool is open year-round and surrounded by sun loungers—perfect for lazy afternoons with a book or evening dips under the stars. Fire up the gas BBQ grill in the outdoor kitchen, dine al fresco at the patio table, and rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. The fully fenced backyard opens directly onto the sand, and the sunset terrace offers front-row seats to tangerine skies over the bay.



Good To Know

Stay connected with fast Wi-Fi and get work done at the dedicated desk. The in-unit washer and dryer let you pack light, and free parking on-site makes day trips easy. Bikes are included if you want to explore the neighborhood—Coromuel Beach and Playa el Tesoro are nearby, and there's an OXXO convenience store and Italian restaurant within a five-minute walk. The beach in front of the villa is best for views and sunrises; the water is shallow with soft sand at low tide, so most guests prefer the pool or venture to nearby swimming beaches.



Guest Access:

This is a self-check-in property using a code for the lockbox to access the keys. Code and instructions will be provided before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a very calm community called El Centenario, offering beautiful beachfront views. Just a short 10-minute drive from the airport and about 20 minutes from downtown La Paz and the Malecón. There you’ll find restaurants, shops and the ocean. Recommended beaches are Coromuel Beach and Playa el Tesoro, and our recommended restaurants are Vrentino, Oliva al Mare, and Harker Board CO.



Getting Around:

The property is located about 9.2 km | 5.7 miles from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and about 198 km | 123 mi from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD). It’s a little off the beaten path from downtown La Paz. Many guests often rent a car as it’s easiest to get around. You’ll have parking at the property for up to 3 compact cars. You can also get around town by taxi.

Before you book, please take a moment to review this info to ensure a great stay:



- We encourage all guests to use water and electricity mindfully, as these resources can sometimes be limited in the city. In the rare event of any service disruption, we always work to resolve it as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth stay.

- You must be 21 or older to book.

- We’ll ask you to sign a Rental Agreement once you confirm your booking.

- Only the guests listed in your reservation can stay with us.

- You might need to show an ID when you check in or during your stay.

- If not booking via ABB we will ask for a temporary security deposit, released after your check-out.

- The home has stairs, it is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

- For stays 28 nights or longer, electricity isn’t included.

- No smoking inside, and no drugs or illegal stuff — breaking this will cost a $300 fine.

- Please no parties or loud noise after 10 pm, so we keep the neighborhood peaceful.

- Need extra cleaning? Just ask — it’s available for a small fee.

- You’re responsible for any damages during your stay.

- No pets allowed, sorry.

- You must wear proper swim attire to be able to use the pool. Street clothes (especially those made of denim) are PROHIBITED as they affect and contaminate the water.

- There are exterior surveillance cameras at the property facing common areas and public spaces only. They are strictly for security reasons and to ensure guests' safety.

- Electricity cuts are not common but might occur during your stay, these are temporary outages beyond our control.

- We don't provide any streaming credentials; you can use your own.
