Unfortunately there are many misleading or factually incorrect details in the listing that have led us to rate this property as we have. First, the listing states the property has a hot tub - it does not. The master bath has an outdated jacuzzi tub, not a hot tub (which we were relying on for a winter ski trip). The listing states that onsite parking would include a garage, but later caveats that certain areas of the house are not included in the rental. This includes a studio that is attached to the house, not separate, where a tenant currently lives. If there is going to be another person living in the SAME house, it should be fully disclosed, up front. The listing also states that wi-fi will be available in every room; when we first arrived the owner warned it could be spotty, but at best one person was able to get internet at a tim. We were forced to use hot spots and go out to coffee shops to get service. There are a number of other points we could mention about the house - notably that it is clearly not a rental property - the "main floor bedroom" had an old, worn-down and ripped bedspread and the owner's personal items, photographs, belongings in cabinets and open spaces. There were only 4 dining chairs despite the listing stating there were kitchen/dining accommodations for 7; we had to move broken chairs from the third floor to seat our party at the dinner table. The bathrooms had used bars of soap and nearly depleted shampoo - I wound up buying my own at CVS.
