“The property was quite beautiful and accurate to what the pictures show. Unfortunately, we needed to end our stay early because we noticed there were some bugs and couldn’t keep peace of mind staying after making the discovery. In light of this, we requested a partial refund for the night we did not stay, however the property owner was unresponsive. “Just bring your own food and EVERYTHING else is provided! So much easier than even a day at the beach, as all chairs, umbrella and even beach towels are there. “The room was wonderful, beautiful views of the bay and beach. However the floors were filthy. Management needs to hire a tile cleaning company to professionally clean the floors. The dust mop method used by the hotel staff does not work. If you walk aroung barefooted in the room your feet WILL become black.”
