“I absolutely loved this place, the cabin was exactly as it was on the pictures, very clean, bottle of milk ready in the fridge with tea, coffee and sugar laid out ready. The table was set out like a restaurant table would be. There were dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, new dishcloth and tea towel provided and also a bath towel and hand towel and per person, plenty toilet roll, hand-wash and small bottles of shampoo and body wash. There was also a basic washer/dryer in the kitchen which...

“Our lodge was brilliant, lots of space inside, robes and plenty of towels for the hot tub. Staff were so friendly and helpful and everything was delivered and looked after perfectly. Lodge was really well equipped with everything we needed. Location wise being only 4 miles from Alton Towers was perfect for us and felt like a million miles away after a full day in a busy theme park. Would highly recommend staying in these lodges.”

“A lovely little hut in a perfect location. Check out time is 9am so if we were to return, I think it would have to be for a minimum of two nights as 9am is pretty early so we didn’t even have time for breakfast before we had to clean up and check out. Considering the price and the small space, I think a complimentary addition of bits in the fridge would be good. Lots of places I’ve visited for the same price (and less!) on Vrbo have added in fresh bread, butter, orange juice and even Prosecco...

“Love this place. Excellent views great for the dogs. Just needs a few tweaks to make it perfect. Bbq outside is unusable, but more information in the pod is needed but overall we loved it. Planning the next visit already.”

“Lovely lodges, large and comfortable. Perfect for our family trip. The furniture is of excellent quality and although we did not need to use it, the little shop was an excellent idea.”

“The lodge we stayed in ( badger lodge) was amazing. It came with everything you need to make your stay comfortable for a family of 4. The lodge include a washing machine, hoover, huge freezer and a hair dryer. The hot tub is definitely the highlight of the stay. A guy comes out and explains all the dials and is cleaned on a daily basis. The area overall is good, there is a play area for young children but not much for teenagers to do apart from a quarry trail. The only let down for this place...

“Lodge was adequate for our needs as a base for two day trips to Alton Towers. Bedrooms and Bathrooms were great but the living areas and kitchen need some upgrades as the sofas and dining chairs very uncomfortable due to over use. The kitchen was adequate - however the hob didn’t work the oven wasn’t easy to use and there was a dishwasher which was listed so we didn’t bring tablets for that and don’t expect to find a dish cloth to clean or wash dishes.”

“Häftig gammal byggnad men det gjorde nog att de har svårt att fixa bra ventilation. Det var jättevarmt och kvalmigt i rummet, badrummet kändes hela tiden fuktigt. Dålig ljudisolering ut till korridoren och till rummet ovanför. Inga barnstolar tillgängliga så det var svårt att äta i lägenheten med en 1-åring. Ligger lite utanför centrum, om jag skulle åka till Manchester igen skulle jag nog inte välja samma hotell kanske mest pga läget.”

“Lägenhetshotell med ett fantastiskt läge, nära till det mesta. Även nära till kommunikationer om man skulle längre bort. Stor och bra utrustad studio, saknade dock en visp. Det var också trevlig personal och bra städat.”
