Beautiful flat recently reformed just a few meters from the Plaza Mayor of Madrid, located in one of the most emblematic streets of the city.



Located in the Madrid de los Austrias, the old town of the city and the ideal starting point for a visit to one of the most charming neighbourhoods.



The Plaza Mayor is now a major tourist attraction, visited by thousands of tourists every year. In the commercial premises located under the arcades, there is an abundance of hotel and catering businesses, which have terraces in the square. It is also a popular venue for festivals and other cultural events.



Sol metro station is a 2-minute walk away. And several bus and taxi stops nearby.



Ideal flat for couples or 4 people. Loft equipped to satisfy the needs of our guests. Full privacy, double bed (1,35cm), double sofa bed (1,35cm). Very bright flat provided with large windows, private bathroom, living room and kitchenette.



A bright living room with sofa bed, table and TV next to a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, oven, electric cooker, kitchenware, cutlery, etc) separated from the bedroom by a designer shelf.



In the bedroom you will enjoy a large and comfortable double bed (1,35cm) next to a wardrobe and a couple of balconies overlooking the street. In addition, you will have a fully equipped private bathroom (washbasin, toilet, shower, etc.) plus a pack of towels, shampoo, gel, hairdryer, etc.



It is located in a renovated building. Access is by stairs to the lift from which you can access the flat.



At the portal you will find an access code that will allow you to check in at any time.

The apartment had all the amenities you would expect and was finished to a nice standard. Excellent location within easy walking distance of Plaza Mayor so at times could be noisy.

Supero expectativas, porque quedaba en un sector muy céntrico, con comercio y de todo cerca... literalmente saliendo del edificio.

Total waste of money

I get it, this is in the middle of Madrid and real estate is expensive. However, this property totally misses the user experience altogether. 1. The entry code worked for the main door and not to the room. Spoke to someone on the phone to open the door with the same access code. Weird and not at a great start to our 3 day stay. 2. The room is much smaller than the advertised pics. Didn’t expect it to be so small. 3. There’s a washing machine in the room, but no detergent. Really? It costs less than €3 and the hosts want to skimp on it. Had to go to the grocery store and buy the detergent. Left a huge bottle for next guest to use. 4. Same with tea bags. There’s one herbal tea bag. Unfortunately, no black tea bags. Again, it shows the cheap attitude of the owner. The sofa that converts to a bed needs fo be replaced immediately. It has served its purpose a long time ago. I would not recommend this place to even my enemies despite the great location.

Nous n'avons pas apprécié cette agence de location. Aucun personnel pour nous accueillir. La porte de l'appartement frotte sur le plancher. Faut se battre pour l'ouvrir ou la fermer. Appartement trÚs bruyant. Il y a quelqu'un dans cet immeuble qui lance une porte pour la fermer. Je doute le commerce voisin en bas. Le lit est extrÚmement dur et inconfortable. Nous avons û mettre les serviettes par terre parce qu'in n'y a aucun support. La vaisselle est trÚs ordinaire. En somme, cet appartement est équipé avec le stricte minimum. Les loueurs sont des gens qui veulent faire le plus d'argent en donnant le moins de service. Le divan-lit est complÚtement usé. Impossible de s'assoir dessus. Les chaises ou bancs de comptoir sont inappropriés pour manger sont usés et aucun dossier donc trÚs inconfortables. Je ne conseille pas du tout cet appartement. Sa seule qualité, c'est son emplacement.
