VILLA OVERVIEW

Villa Nereide is a property can accommodate up to 10 adults and 2 infants in cots, best used for a total of 10 guests.

Just like a gem embedded in stone, this is a retreat for guests who need to be near all of the landmarks with inside the well-known Amalfi Coast. The 416 square meters residence is built over 3 levels: at the ground floor the entrance opens onto the ample living-room, connected to the dining room, whilst the five ensuite bedrooms and panoramic terrace with solarium and whirlpool are located on higher floors. Light gels with the choice of southern palette of colours in this house, which style and choice of materials is similar to that of Greece villas: white, light blue and coral frame wide yet comfortable rooms. Private, relaxing, comfortable and in a lively portion of the coast, the villa is just far enough from Sorrento and Positano to be quiet, but also close
enough to the Marina with its stretch of beach clubs, shops and restaurants. There is a narrow steep road to reach the house from the parking spot down at the Marina, which is the meeting point of the villa. A big shuttle bus won’t be able to get to the villa entrance. There are 2 steps to get to the main door of the property, which features 3 levels. Connected by staircases. Only one regular/small size car can be parked at the property.

Clean lines, round shapes, Mediterranean colour palettes and simplicity are the leitmotiv of this house, a private home with views of the coast and the vibrant Marina below. The furnishings are custommade, rooms are decorated in shades of white and
turquoise with few decorations on the walls such as warm lights and sculpture-like shells. The style is clean and minimalistic, with sea-facing windows that flood space with natural, powerful light. The house flaunts sensuality and a bold approach to local design with a very neat, yet comfortable, design. The property is located on a hill overlooking the sea in the marina of Nerano, called Marina del Cantone, making
it perfect for guests who want to be close to commercial activities like beach clubs or restaurants or visit other destinations via boat – please enquire, the villa manager owns one boat available for tours to Capri and Positano at extra cost.
