“A great experience, especially if you have small kids as they had plenty of pool and non-pool activities to keep them busy. The food was ok in the mexican and italian restaurants (according to our tastes), however it was really good in the steak house and the buffet restaurant. Note: the steak house requires prebooking. We missed a bit more greens and veggies in the evening snack bar. One more con was that the private beach had too much sea weed (which they tried their best to keep clean)...

“Hotellet är väldigt trevligt. Ligger nära ett utsatt område i Tulum där det saknas gatulampor och är mörkt. Det var ofta kö till receptionen. Wifi var något osäkert, fick använda wifi tillhörande rummet bredvid. Restaurang och pool var väldigt trevliga. ”

“Extremely poor standard of the room. Room was dirty and not properly cleaned upon arrival nor during the days we stayed there. Poor service from the staff. Spiders and animals in the room. Holes in the furniture. Overall my worst experience from any hotel so we decided to check out early and find a new place to stay. Not worth the money you are paying. “The Puerto Aventuras village is a little bit different, it’s somewhat of a gated community. It was nice for just a few days stay, but nothing I would want to stay at for a longer time. The hotel was great - a big poolarea, beautiful beach, clean, good food and great service!”

“Perfect location, the beach was great. You could easily walk to a beautiful cenote nearby. We only had breakfast and it was nice with a great variety of things to eat. The poolarea was fine, although it was crowded at times and loud music, we like to listen to the ocean instead. It was an easy walk to all the restaurants and shoppingarea- Quinta Avenida and that was perfect. The staff was nice and helpful. ”

“Nerea är ett otroligt bra hotell och vi kom på oss själva med att ställa in ett par av våra aktiviteter för att bara spendera mer tid där istället. Enkel men bra restaurang, härliga rum och en liten men välskött och aldrig överbefolkad strand. Hotellet har också två systerhotell nedför gatan om man vill variera sig lite och använda deras strand/restaurang. Vi bodde i en rooftop suite med en egen liten pool men använde sällan terrassen då vi trivdes bättre på stranden. Stolarna där var också...
