“This was a beautiful piece of property to stay at in the city of Assisi. It was in a location that was very easy to access all the major Catholic holy sites. We took the city bus line up from the train station and were within a manageable walking distance from the bus stop. There are plenty of nice restaurants and cafes near by. A major plus was having the police station just down the block, so we felt extremely safe walking around at night.”

“Our stay at Cuore Verde was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I stayed in the separate house on the property, called L’Uvile. It was beautifully furnished, beyond clean, and the hosts had thought of everything. The windows even had retractable screens, which added so much to comfort and is incredibly rare here. The kitchen is stocked with equipment (even a bottle of the estate’s gorgeous organic olive oil), and there’s a clothes washing machine. The hosts, their niece, and the housekeeper...
