CAVALIERE ESTATE - NOTO AREA
Cavaliere Estate consists of 5 independent villas, 4 of them with private pools and one with Jacuzzi, located on the same estate close from each other. Situated just two kilometres from the beautiful town of Noto, where you can enjoy great restaurants and local culture. Within driving distance from the villa, you can easily visit Syracuse, Ortigia, and the sandy beaches of Southern Sicily.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no area for the entire group to sit together, as these are all separate independent villas. Please enquire for more details.

VILLA PETROSA – Sleeps 5

Surrounded by olive and citrus trees, the house develops over one level, with bright interiors. Each room has its own direct access to the garden.

Inside, we find a living area with kitchen corner, sofa and dining corner. The sleeping area consists of one double/triple bedroom (with double bed and the possibility of an extra single bed) and one double bedroom (with double bed). There is also a small single/twin bedroom (with single bed and the possibility of an extra single bed) - please note that there is limited space in this bedroom when the extra single bed is added and the bedroom is not suitable for small children, as it only has external access from the patio. There are also two bathrooms (with shower), and baby cots can be added in almost all bedrooms where there is sufficient space.

Outside, there is a covered patio with dining table and chairs, perfect for an al-fresco evening, comfortable garden furniture and a private swimming pool (10 x 4m), all in a private park that occupies 2.5 acres of land.

VILLA CIALTRONA – Sleeps 3

The villa (80 sq.m) develops over one level, with beautiful sea views in the distance, each room having its own direct access to the outside area.

Inside, we find a living area with sofa, dining table and chairs, kitchen corner equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer. The sleeping area consists of a double/twin bedroom (with two single beds) and a single/twin bedroom (with single bed and the possibility of adding a bunk bed). There is one bathroom with shower and a small utility room with washing machine. Please note that baby cots can be added in almost all bedrooms where there is sufficient space.

Outside, there is a covered terrace equipped with table and chairs which faces the outdoor Jacuzzi and the beautiful sea in the distance.

VILLA VENDICARI – Sleeps 8

The villa offers a modern design and it develops over a single level, with bright interiors.

Indoors, we find a large living room with sofas, table and chairs for dining, with direct access to the outside area. From the living room, we access the kitchen area which has an entire wall made of a sliding door, becoming an outdoor kitchen with large terrace, perfect for al-fresco dining in the warm summer nights of Sicily. The terrace has outdoor seating and beautiful views over the countryside.

The sleeping area consists of two double/triple bedrooms (with a double bed or twin beds and the possibility of an extra single bed) and one double/triple bedroom (with a double bed and the possibility of an extra single bed). There are two bathrooms with shower. The villa is also equipped with a utility room with washing machine.

All the bedrooms have doors access to the outside area and baby cots can be added in each bedroom.

Outside, we have a large garden filled with Mediterranean plants, with a private swimming pool (10 x 4m) with sun lounges and sea views, an outdoor shower and a barbecue area.

VILLA LAVANDA - Sleeps 7

The villa is surrounded by a lemon and orange grove, numerous fruit trees and beautifully scented lavender borders. Being on a hill, it commands extensive views of the Sicilian countryside and the sea in the distance, on a clear day you can even see the lighthouse situated in Porto Palo, the furthest Southern Point of Sicily.

The villa, built only a few years ago, is modern and light and it develops all on one floor.

All rooms have doors that open on the outside patio surrounding the house. Each room has its own TV. Air conditioning, heating, mosquito nets, DVD player, Satellite TV with free channels. A welcome pack is provided on arrival and pool/beach towels are also made available to guests. A cot can also be provided for babies in almost all bedrooms where there is sufficient space.

Large living room with a well equipped kitchen and dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms both with shower.

The bedrooms are as follows:
Master Bedroom (with double bed and the possibility of adding an extra single bed) and en-suite bathroom
Twin/double/triple (2 single beds pushed together with the possibility of adding a third bed).
Twin/double (2 single beds pushed together).
The two twin bedrooms share the use of the second bathroom with shower.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher and microwave oven. There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine.

Outside, you have a choice of areas to relax. There is a porch with table and chairs and comfortable seating for outdoor dining. Loungers and sun umbrellas by the pool (3m x 12m). A portable BBQ is available for the chefs in the group.

VILLA IL MANDORLO – Sleeps 7

Villa il Mandorlo is a three bedroom villa with its own good size pool and charming grounds. The accommodation develops all on the ground floor. It is airy and bright with good modern style furniture and all rooms have French doors opening onto the outside.

The living room, accessed directly via the large sliding doors from the porch area, is equipped with sofas, TV, dining table and chairs. From the living room, we access the separate kitchen area with small table and chairs, fridge, freezer, oven and microwave. The kitchen also has direct access to the porch.

The sleeping area consists of one double/triple bedroom (with double bed and possibility of adding a third bed) with ensuite bathroom with shower, two double/twin bedrooms (double bed or twin beds) that share a bathroom with shower. Baby cots can be added in almost all bedrooms where there is sufficient space.

Outside, the main focus of the villa is the covered porch area, equipped with comfortable furnishings, perfect for al-fresco dining, and the private swimming pool (12 x 3m) equipped with sun lounges.
