Relax and take in the fresh air at this tasteful oceanview home. There's plenty of room for everyone to come in and enjoy a rest, with plenty of entertainment around every corner. Living rooms on each floor provide wonderfully curated spaces to relax - there's a balcony upstairs and a gas fireplace downstairs! From there, relax in the sunroom or unwind on the sizable outdoor deck. Of course, the bright full kitchen indoors (complete with a French door refrigerator, a dishwasher for easy cleanup, and all the small appliances you may need) is a great place to cook up the rest of dinner. Gather around the piano (or around the fire table) on the lower level for lovely tunes or a sing-along.

From the stained glass front door, turn right and head up the first staircase to find the home's first set of bedrooms. The primary is straight ahead - this charming bedroom features a three-sided view of the surrounding area. Just next door, the second bedroom features a flatscreen TV and a four-window view that includes a partial view of the ocean. The nearby full bathroom with a shower/tub combination can serve the needs of these guests. Make your way through the upstairs living room to find the main bedroom of the home. This lovely bedroom suite features extra seating, a gas fireplace, and a private balcony with an ocean view. The fourth bedroom is down the set of stairs from the main bedroom - complete with its own landing, this bedroom features a wide view of the front yard, a bright vanity, and a flatscreen TV. The nearby full bathroom features a standalone shower.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
