Upon check-in at the front desk, we were told we weren’t on the guest list, so I had to contact the property manager to get added. When we arrived at the house, the hot tub was freezing cold. I called the property owner, and she explained that she had previously asked if we wanted the pool heater turned on, and I had declined—which is true. However, she never clarified that the pool and hot tub share the same heater. If she had, I would’ve paid the extra fee. Her message only referenced the pool, with no mention of the hot tub.When I asked if someone could turn the heater on, she responded with attitude, saying it would take several days to warm up and that she didn’t want a bad review. Well—here we are.The check-in issue continued for two days, despite me contacting her multiple times. The front gate kept insisting we weren’t on the list.On top of that, when we arrived at the house, there were several large bags of garbage left out front from the previous guests. The next morning, we found raccoons tearing through the trash.The house itself was nice and fairly clean, but overall, the property is poorly managed. I would not recommend staying here
