Vår vackra rymliga villa ligger på Hampton Lakes, ett prestigefyllt samhälle beläget vid Highway 27 halvvägs mellan Interstate 4 och Highway 192. Det finns 4 sovrum - 2 sovrum, 2 dubbelrum, 2 5 badrum, 2 separata lounger, fullt utrustat kök och en privat pool.
Poolområdet har solsken från morgon till natt och utsikt över sjön. Efter en hektisk dag på nöjesparker eller golf, är det den perfekta platsen att koppla av och äta utomhus och titta på de spektakulära floridiska solnedgångarna.

Vår ljusa och rymliga villa har smakfullt renoverats till högsta standard och nästan allt har ersatts. Det finns ett stort familjerum med en stor TV som erbjuder ett komplett paket inklusive Premiership fotboll och golf, DVD, perfekt för en film om familjen medan den formella loungen erbjuder lugn och ro för alla som vill koppla av med en bok från det bra utbudet.

Det finns gratis Wi-Fi, DVD-spelare med urval av DVD-skivor och ett välutrustat spelrum med biljardbord, bordtennis, dart, tennisracketter och golfklubbar.

T V s är i de flesta sovrum men en avkopplande lugn lounge är där för fredlig avkoppling.

Det finns en gaseldad grill finns tillgänglig för ut dörr middag bredvid avskild pool däck.

Villan larmsystem även lätt att använda är av en mycket hög standard och är 24 timmars övervakas. Villan är idealiskt beläget för Disneys nöjesparker, golfbanor, affärer och restauranger och ligger bara några minuter från Interstate 4. På Hampton Lakes det förstärks CCTV säkerhet i de allmänna utrymmena och fordonsnummerigenkänning kameror i drift för att upprätthålla en hög säkerhet för invånare och gäster. På gården finns lekplatser, upplysta tennisbanor, basket och beachvolleybanor för boende och besökare.

Stunning villa

The villa had everything we needed, stunningly beautiful, complete privacy around the pool with a lovely view across the lake. We had an amazing holiday and will definitely be returning as the hosts were fantastic. Thank you so much for a perfect stay.

Fantastic property

Great place to stay with everything you could need and amazing hosts, would definitely stay here again. It’s close to all parks. Pool is great and we are near the various amenities needed for a 2 week break.

The owners were informative and responsive. They also have good recommendations for golfing and restaurants. We enjoyed going to Mt Dora and Celebration areas. The house was amazing. It was clean comfortable and had plenty of towels. Highly Recommend

Fantastic Villa

The villa was exactly as displayed in the photos and everything we needed was there. Pool area was great and plentiful supply of pool towels and a few toys. Games room was fantastic for evenings after park days. Location was great and easy to get to the 192 or i4. Richard contacted us a few days into our stay to check how we were getting on. This was a great touch. We will definitely look to rebook on our next visit to Florida.

Excelent Vacation!

The house was very nice, the house is fully equipped with everything from towels and silverware to basic essencials. It was very clean, my kids loved the house, lots of Space for relaxing and playing. The pool was very clean although my kids didnt enjoy it that much because of the cold weather it was still nice. I reserved the house for 8 People but then ended up Being only 5. I recommend this house 100% and consider coming back to this villa when coming back to Florida.

Excellent Family Getaway

Our family of 4, with two young children, thoroughly enjoyed the space with room to spread out. We invited extended family to stay with us and found we had plenty of room. The location was perfect for day trips to Disney and Legoland. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the dishes, pots and pans, and serving ware for a full turkey dinner. The pool area was clean and comfortable. The pool heater made swimming a lot more comfortable, we very much appreciated it. The owners were very courteous and easy to deal with. They made sure we had all the information we needed and were quick to answer any questions. We felt very welcomed and would recommend to any families or couples looking for a place in the area.

Very nice house

Very well equip house with a private pool and games in the garage. The location is great with 30-45 minutes drives to the parks and outlets. The owner follows up very closely. We will absolutely recommend this house.

Great Rental

Overall, a great stay! Clean, lots of dishes/amenities in the kitchen. Pool was great! Had lots of room, loved that the master bedroom was downstairs and the other three upstairs. Pool/ping pong table was nice to have. Location is not bad for parks, take the roads thru disney (western way) and it will save you time and lots less traffic. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

Excellent property

Overall, the house met all of our expectations it was clean, comfortable, and spacious. As advertised, it was located close to Disney, highways, stores etc. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool was a perfect size for the kids. The owner checked in regularly, but no issues were reported.

Paradise

We were so nervous booking a house in another country—we usually stay in hotels. We are so happy we booked this Florida villa and if we ever return to the area we will definitely be rebooking. The Burtons were very fantastic from the start. When had to change our booking (twice!), Richard was totally supportive and flexible. The house was so attractive, clean, and spacious and the pool was lovely. The neighborhood was beautiful as well. We felt very safe and comfortable. It was only about 30 minutes to Disney World which was great. Our teenagers were so sad to leave the villa at the end of the week. They absolutely loved it.

A Great vacation at the house!!

Stayed a week in the house. The neighborhood is very safe for small kids. There is everything you need for a great stay, including a pool table/ping pong table. The house is about 25 minutes from the parks. I would stay again!

Excellent accommodations- perfectly located!

We were a group of 4 golfers that went there to play- This property was perfectly located for our trip. close enough to many golf courses to choose from- The house was very clean and well kept- and the pool area was awesome- we had a small issue with a Coffee machine not working but it was resolved and replaced with a New one as soon as we brought it to Richards attention. Definitely recommend this property for your stay in the Davenport area. We will surely return in the future!

My family absolutely loved staying here. This is our...........5th time in Orlando and this house was PERFECT! The kids loved riding the scooter and playing in the pool. I loved how it wasn't too far away but far enough. The owners called all the way from England to make sure everything was going well. I love the notebook that gave us places to eat, shop, etc. Definitely want to stay here again when we come back!

Great Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying in the villa for the month of February, great weather and we escaped all of the snow Ohio got while we were there! Richard called us when we got there to see if everything was okay and had everything printed out for us telling about local attractions and directions how to get there. Very close and convenient to everything we needed. Nice neighborhood with sidewalks which made it easy to walk every day. We would recommend this property to anyone!

Great place to stay if your going to any Disney locations!

Beautiful house and great communication between the owner and myself! There was an issue with the pool heater and he got it fixed within 2 days! Safe area and very close restaurants and stores. Would stay again!

Highly Recommend this Property!

We stayed at Pat and Richard’s villa for the month of February 2020. It was our first time booking through VRBO. The pictures are a true representation of the villa. Communication was prompt with a pre-arrival email package that was the BEST (all the details for directions, airports, restaurants, etc,). We loved the pool and having a washer and dryer was so much appreciated. The location is central to so many restaurants and family attractions. We walked the neighbourhood daily. We were happy with the accommodations and highly recommend others to stay.
