The house is located within walking distance of Pacific's growing downtown area. Get out and enjoy some BBQ, Pizza, Coffee, Sandwiches and more. Be sure to check out the new Cigar Vault and bar as well!
The TVs in the bedrooms are Roku Smart TVs and the TV in the living room has a Roku installed. They will be able to log into your streaming services such as Netflix, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video. We do not currently have Cable.

Entry into the house is a keypad deadbolt. All TV's are set up to link to your personal streaming accounts. Wifi is provided. Door to the basement remains locked. We do have one Ring doorbell camera.
There is a railroad track about 2 blocks away which can sometimes be heard. This will be true with any place in Pacific though. The house is at a busier intersection and can be noisy. The only times it's really noticeable is if the main street through town is closed for an event or potentially flooding.
Rental Agreement is provided and required. If not completed, the booking is not complete. If you do not wish to complete it, please do not book.
