Nybyggd Hem / Rymmer 10 bekvämt

Detta är ett helt nytt hem - precis avslutat i maj!

Vi kan rymma 10 personer bekvämt i huvudbyggnaden, vi har också en ytterligare 30 fottrailer på plats med ett sovrum och utdragbar soffa som rymmer ytterligare 4 gäster.

Hemmet är fullt möblerat med alla helt nya bekvämligheter och möbler i hela, inklusive tvättmaskin / torktumlare, nytt kylskåp med krossad is och vattenanläggningar, diskmaskin, kaffebryggare, fullfylld bestick och porslin (extra pappersplattor / koppar etc) och en stor plattskärmad TV.

Det stora sovrummet har ett separat badrum med en stor hörn badkar för att du ska njuta och separera stående dusch. Det finns också 2 andra badrum i hemmet med badkar / duschar i varje.

Fastigheten är helt säker med en elektrisk grind (kod tillgänglig före ankomst) Observera att körvägen kurvor runt fastigheten så att baksidan är vänd mot vägsidan och ytterdörren in mot bakre staketet.

Bara 30 miles ner Bell Vista Rd till Death Valley. Lokala attraktioner inkluderar vingården och racerbanan.

Very enjoyable, the house is very comfortable, ample space also plenty of parking and the most likely that each room is private with their own exit door. Kitchen with full appliances and plenty of space. If i have to come back to pahrump I will choose this beautiful spacious home. I will recommended to my family and friends. David the host was very helpful and responded to my messages quick and gave me the exact instrucciones for our arrival . Over all we love the the house and recomed to stay there.

Awesome Place to Stay

Our family loves this place. It’s a mobile home but really spacious. Owner David a his two dogs (a Husky and a Rottweiler) live right outside on the property, but they are all super nice and even our kids played with his dogs! We will be back for sure if available when we decide to come back!

Affordable access to Death Valley

Cleanliness wasn't great - it wasn't terrible or anything, but it didn't look like a cleaning staff had come through (hair in showers, microwave was dirty). The appliances are from 2018-2022 (based on the model numbers) and some are showing their age a bit.I'm kind of surprised no one mentioned the roosters next door to the property on two sides. No alarm clocks needed. The sound is much reduced in the master bedroom, but everyone else is getting up with the sun. David is very friendly and communication is great. His dogs are friendly and kept separate behind a fence to avoid any accidental over exuberance on their part. No complaints on that front at all.The neighborhood isn't much to talk about, but that's not why we choose the location. It's about an hour to an hour and a half from Death Valley, depending on where you want to go and Pahrump has way more amenities than Beatty. Grocery stores and restaurants are 10 minutes away and well stocked.

Very convenient location for my visit

Huge house, lots of beds, very tidy and driveway and parking very secure. I enjoyed my stay. This is a great gateway location for visiting Death Valley, especially if you have a large group. Plenty of parking for several vehicles.

Property is clean and spacious. It is peaceful and quiet, as long as you have no issues with the early morning rooster. The location has you at right about an hour away from Las Vegas, Red Rocks, and Death Valley. This makes for a good base camp location to visit those areas. And gas is also cheaper in Pahrump than in Death Valley or Vegas.

Very clean and spacious, great owner.

The wife and I stayed here while competing in a Chili Cook-off over the weekend. The owner was very prompt in all correspondence. We added some friend of ours and their 7 month old at the last minute and owner quickly accommodated our need with the added people and nights. The home was very spacious and easily gave us all the space we needed with comfort. I would highly recommend this property if you need the space.

Clean Eclectic Spacious

We booked a last minute stay for a couple of nights in Pahrump and this property popped up. It is a little out of the way and in a rural-ish setting but don't let the outside fool you. This house is large, clean and comfortable. Our host, Dave, made sure we were comfortable and introduced us to his two dogs (who are optionally loose at the customer's preference). Overall, I recommend this property, especially if you have a larger group. Oh, and the price is right!!
