* City Requirements: The City of Palm Springs requires all guests to sign a separate written contract, which will be sent to you before arrival. You will also need to provide a copy of your government-issued ID.

* Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.

* Optional Fees: Pool heating is available for an additional $99 per night (2-night minimum). Spa heating is complimentary. A one-time pet fee of $75 applies per stay.

* Cancellation Policy: Please be advised that no cancellations are permitted for bookings during holiday and special event weekends. A 5% service charge applies to all refunds to cover processing fees.

* For Kids: A highchair and a Pack ‘n Play are available upon request at no extra charge.
