Nyrenoverad, intill 30A! Kom och bo pÄ vÀstra Ànden av Bay County pÄ stranden med en av de bÀsta utsikten runt. Fastigheten Àr grÀnsad av bÄde fÀrskt och saltvatten - Lake Powell pÄ den ena sidan och Mexikanska golfen Ä andra sidan! Enhet har direkt utsikt över bÄda!

Denna nyligen renoverade lÀgenhet har delade nivÄer med utsikt över varje nivÄ. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-sÀng med lyxiga sÀngklÀder och en fantastisk utsikt över viken. Ett badrum Àr angrÀnsande, med badkar och dusch. GÄ uppför trappan för att hitta dig sjÀlv pÄ andra vÄningen som har utsikt frÄn bÄda sidor. Vardagsrummet ser ocksÄ direkt över viken och inbjuder lungande koppar kaffe pÄ morgonen! Köket Àr fullt utrustat med utsikt över vardagsrummet och Gulf Coast.

Det andra sovrummet har en balkong med utsikt över Lake Powell. TvÄ full size-sÀngar med nya madrasser och sÀngklÀder för en god natts sömn, med ladugÄrdsdörr för privatliv. Rikliga sittplatser i det hÀr stora rummet ocksÄ!

Stora tv-skÀrmar i bÄde master och andra sovrummet, med kabel och WiFi tillhandahÄlls. Full storlek tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare i tvÀttstuga.

Enheten Àr vacker men komplexet och omrÄdet Àr bÄda en av ett slag. Pinnacle Port ligger i sitt eget gated community och erbjuder platser att Àta och dricka inom nÄgra minuter frÄn varandra. Det finns tvÄ pooler (en inomhus / utomhus), tennisbanor, bocce ball, shuffle board, fiske, kajak, och det finns paddle boards och kanoter uthyres i nÀrheten. Det finns ocksÄ en trevlig lekplats och grillar. Det finns bÄttillgÀnglighet sÄ var det fritt att ta med egna vattenleksaker. Pinnacle Port ligger nÀra allt men behÄller fortfarande en privat, avskild kÀnsla. Det ligger strax vÀster om Panama City Beach, och grÀnserna Camp Helen State Park. Minuter frÄn Rosemary Beach slutet av 30A, ger eftertraktade restauranger och shopping alternativ! Det Àr en privat, gated community med mÄnga bekvÀmligheter för att hÄlla dig pÄ fastigheten.

Vi valde denna plats pĂ„ grund av det Ă€r familjevĂ€nlig instĂ€llning, med orörda uncrowded strĂ€nder bort frĂ„n de tĂ€tbefolkade som finns vanligtvis pĂ„ Gulf Coast. ÄndĂ„ Ă€r det nĂ€ra nog till Panama City Beach och 30A för att dra nytta av alla bĂ„da omrĂ„dena har att erbjuda. Perfekt stĂ€lle för din strand semester!

Beautiful Condo

We stayed at this condo for 6 nights. It has two bedrooms, which was perfect for our family of four. The beds were very comfortable. Lovely view of the beach. Being able to walk right onto the beach was great. Beach is quiet. Every time I communicated with the owner it was always a quick response. It was a great vacation and our family will definitely stay here again.

Everything we needed!

We enjoyed our stay at the unit. The host was extremely responsive to our questions. There is a publix very close by and several restaurants as well. We loved all the extras - paddle ball set, games and beach gear. Thank you!

Wonderful vaca for spring break!

Our stay was superb! Very clean updated condo that worked out perfectly for our family. We love this quiet getaway! We love taking walks to the inlet. Heather was very quick to respond to any questions and was so kind. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

3 night stay over July 4th

The condo is updated, clean, in good condition. The view from the living room is beautiful- right on the ocean. We wished the balcony was ocean facing so we could sit and enjoy the sounds and view. There were plenty of beach supplies to borrow which was a huge help- umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. Close to stores and restaurants but not walking distance. The entryway is tricky when coming and going, very tight space. Overall it was a great place to stay- beach front and the beach wasn’t crowded either!

Great location on the most beautiful beach in the world!

We really enjoyed our visit and found the unit totally renovated -like brand new- and with great views from both sides to the most beautiful beach in the world and Lake Powell. Highly recommend!

Adorable condo, great location & host!

Great, newly renovated decor at this beach front condo! Super convenient location near Rosemary, tons of great dining around Inlet & Rosemary etc. Grocery & drugstore almost across the street. Heather's a wonderful, responsive host, too. Definitely recommend this property.

Great time at the beach!

Location was great, easy access to beach, restaurants, grocery shopping, and additional entertainment for kids. We had a family reunion and several families stayed here in Pinnacle Port and used Sunset Room for meal gathering. Perfect place for Reunion !

We really enjoyed our stay here. The complex itself is a bit older but the unit was very nice and the location was perfect! View from the living area was gorgeous and it was nice being just steps away from the beach!

Hurricane but happy

Weather was not the best but we enjoyed the property. Owner was very responsive. Couldn’t get the TVs to work or the WiFi - would be helpful to have instructions for the TVs. But overall it was great!

Pleased with first stay in Pinnacle Point

We met up with some other families at Pinnacle Point and had a great time. The beach area was nice and there was plenty of room for everyone. The walk to the beach wasn’t too far from any of the units in the building. The pool was kept clean and my kids like how deep it was. The shallowest area was 4.5 feet so it may not be great for younger kids that aren’t good swimmers. The unit itself was in good shape, we could tell it had been refreshed recently. We did have a couple minor issues with cleaning and let Heather know. She responded quickly and indicated she welcomed the feedback. I often have trouble sleeping in rentals but the bed was really comfortable. My kids seemed to sleep well in their beds as well. Overall the condo was swell stocked and met our needs. Because of COVID we ate in a lot and the unit was a little light on plates and utinsels so we quickly purchased disposable products to supplement. During normal circumstances this may not be needed. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in the condo and in Pinnacle Point and I would recommend this unit to friends.

Good for the price

The condo was very accommodating and well stocked. I wish I would have realized there wasn’t a balcony that faced the beach off the living room but other than that it was really good.
