  • Bekväm, exklusiv 3 sovrum + loft, 3 badrum, 2-nivå, sluta stadsbostad med massor av fönster.

    Världsklass skidåkning vimlar. Det är bara en halv kilometer till Deer Valley Snow Park Lodge och en kort, gratis bussresa till Park City Resort. Resor fler 5 miles och din vid The Canyons. Det är bara en kilometer till centrum Park City med bra restauranger, shopping och gallerier. Om snön rensas, dess en mycket trevlig promenad till stan.

    Du kan åka skidor hårt sedan komma hem för att koppla. Blötlägg i den privata badtunnan, njut av kombinationen av regndusch och kroppsstrålar (och regelbunden dusch) i masterbadet, lata framför vardagsrummet spis, använd gratis WiFi eller titta på TV på en av många TV-apparater (alla sovrum, vardagsrum och loft). Eftersom stadsbostad ligger bara några steg från den fria busshållplatsen du verkligen inte behöver en bil. Om du har en bil, parkera i reserverad garage. Du behöver aldrig gräva bilen ur snön på morgonen. Det finns också en låsning skidor skåp.

    Boende är mycket flexibel. Sekretess för tre par. Också utmärkt för två familjer eller tre generationer. Loft och vardagsrum ge utrymme för olika aktiviteter - barn på loftet, vuxna i vardagsrummet! - Plus alla har en bäddsoffa. Säkerhetsgrind, Pack-n-Play och booster seat. Gratis WiFi plus skrivare, kopiator och skanner, alltför.

Beautiful stay at Fawngrove

Wonderful and beautiful townhome! Our stay was one of the best. Location is easy to access Deer Valley Resort, townhome well appointed with everything you need, owner available and helpful.

Another Great Stay

Our family of five stayed here in 2022 and decided to come back to property because of the location, cleanliness, and ease of communication with the owner. Place is well organized, has everything you need to cook, and plenty of space. Would recommend and would stay again!

Great location, spacious and clean!

We truly enjoyed our stay. Spacious accommodations with a great kitchen to gather and prepare meals. Loved having the fireplace going in either the living room or kitchen/dining area. Hot tub was perfect to relax after a day of skiing. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location near Deer Valley and Main St.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient being less than 5 minutes from Snowbase lodge and 5 minutes from Main St. This made it very easy to be on the mountain super early for first runs and we were able to relax at the house after before heading to dinner on Main St. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Awesome place, spacious, very well equipped and quite new.Laura as a host was great. Excellent ski retreat

We absolutely loved staying in this wonderful condo. It was the perfect place for our family to relax after skiing at Deer Valley all day. There was plenty of space for the five of us and the kitchen was beautifully stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable, the hot tub was lovely and the communications with owner were outstanding.

Park City Family Time

The property was wonderful andLocation perfect. The host was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. We had extended family here for ski vacation and found it grand. The house is well stocked with all the essentials. Definitely would come back and highly recommend.

Deer Valley ski townhouse

Great townhouse for skiing at Deer Valley. It’s a short walk to the bus/shuttle stop and a quick trip to the Snow Park base of the mountain. The townhouse is nice, comfortable and clean. We had a great time!

Great stay and location

Wonderful property. Loved our stay here. It is so close to everything, especially Deer Valley but also close to downtown Park City. Property owner is very easy to get a hold of. She did an excellenct job with communication. Property had everything we needed! We loved it.

A great family getaway!

We were thrilled with our stay at Laura's townhouse, which is beautiful. It was such a cozy setup with the fireplaces. The kitchen was great for cooking our Thanksgiving dinner, and the location is very convenient for visiting Main Street in Park City. The communication with Laura was superb. Highly recommend to others!

Fabulous House & Great Location to Deer Valley & Park City

The house and property were terrific! The house is spacious and well maintained...very clean and LOTS of extras in the kitchen and elsewhere...having a humidifier in all the bedrooms was SO helpful since the winter air is so dry. Parking access with parking passes and a garage spot was extra helpful. The big beautiful fireplaces were enjoyable and the hot tub was extra special after a day of skiing. The owner/manager was responsive and available for any question. We would definitely stay there again.

Family trip

Laura was a great host. She answered all of our questions and was very helpful throughout the process. The house is spacious and easily accommodated our three 20+ year old boys and us. The location was convenient to the slopes and to town. Having a fireplace in the dining area was a big plus. Will definitely look to rent again!

Park City Hideout

First trip to Park City! This condo is well appointed, roomy, and stocked with kitchen and bath essentials. Was pleasantly surprised to find coffee, champagne, ginger beer, spices, Kleenex, moisture lotion, shampoo and conditioner, piles of covers and towels and even two box fans to create white noise and auditory privacy. Traveled with 4 young adults and this condo provided ample space and privacy. While the hot tub was great, time for a new one:). Great location and easy walk to Main Street.

Open floor plan with all amenities

Location is super convenient to both downtown Park City and Deer Valley ski resort. Each is only a few bus stops away which is what we use bc it’s free and easy. Gas fireplaces are romantic. Hot tub is nestled privately on the back porch. Plenty of space with a huge kitchen and master bath that is completely updated. Communication with the owner, Laura, is first rate. We will definitely return to this gem.

Great place in Deer Valley!

Lovely condo with all the amenities, including a hot tub! Host provided all necessary information, as well as some additional tips. We had a couple questions prior to arrival, and she was very helpful and responsive. Eight of us stayed for a week, and it was really nice to have basics like coffee filters, foil, plastic wrap, and spices furnished so we did not have to buy those for a short stay. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks, Laura!!

Just perfect!

This place was perfect for our family of 8. We were comfortable with plenty of room for everyone and had everything we needed. It was very clean, newly renovated, with extremely convenient location. We took the shuttle just at the end of the driveway for a very short couple minute ride to ski. We enjoyed the hot tub, nice kitchen, and the new sectional couch which fit many of us to watch TV/movies at night by the double fireplace. So cozy! I've stayed at many vacation homes before, and Laura is one of the best hosts. She is very organized and sent us helpful information regarding the home, dining, things to do, etc prior to our arrival. She promptly responds to any questions/concerns you have. We really loved this home and look forward to returning in the future!

Fantastic Stay

I grew up in Park City, so I am familiar with different neighborhoods and have stayed in lots of places since having a family and coming back to ski. Laura's place was truly wonderful, such easy access and perfect for my family. She provides lots of really thoughtful touches like extra humidifiers for your rooms, plenty of laundry supplies, coffee filters, etc. She also checks in a ton to make sure everything is okay, so if you have an issue it would be easy to resolve it quickly. Skiing was a breeze, we left our skis at Deer Valley's complimentary ski storage overnight and would then just hop on the bus in the morning and afternoon without needing to move our car. Was also easy to grab the bus to go down to Main Street, you really wouldn't even need a car at this property to be able to do plenty of things. Highly recommend!

EXTRAORDINARY STAY -

Great stay on a great property at a great location. Laura was very easy to deal with, was always on top of things and made the entire process quite smooth. The property description is completely accurate, very well maintained, excellent spaces, clean, cozy, etc. We look forward to going back next year.
