Welcome to our charming and spacious apartment, located in the heart of Piteå. With 150 sqm of living space and 4 bedrooms, you'll have all the privacy and comfort you need. Everything you need is just a 2 min walk away. Our space is beautifully decorated and cozy, perfect for a relaxing stay. Plus, our resident cat will be happy to keep you company. And don't worry, cat-allergic guests, he can come and go as he pleases. Make memories and enjoy your stay!

The Space:
Welcome to our cozy and comfortable apartment, where you will find a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for making memories with your loved ones. With two spacious bedrooms, both outfitted with king size beds, you'll have plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The first bedroom includes a 140 cm bed, while the second offers a 120 cm bed and a studio couch, accommodating you with flexibility. Our kitchen is perfect for those who love to cook, and features two dinner tables seating 8 chairs total, where you can gather and share meals.

When you step out to our terrace, 25 sqm, you will be able to enjoy the sunshine all day long, perfect to start your mornings with a warm breakfast or to end your evenings with a BBQ and enjoy the beautiful sunset. A perfect spot for your relaxation. Come and make yourself at home!

Guest Access:
When you arrive at our cozy and comfortable apartment, you will be greeted with open arms and the warmest of welcomes by our guest service person Jenny. Our guests have full access to the entire apartment, including all amenities and common areas. You can spread out and make yourself at home, as if you were in your own personal haven.

Our dedicated concierge service is available 24-hours a day, ensuring that you have everything you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Whether you have a question about the local area, need recommendations for restaurants or just need a little extra help with something, we are here to assist you. We want you to feel like royalty during your stay and to make your experience truly unforgettable.

From the moment you arrive, you'll be able to kick back and relax, and enjoy the space as if it were your own. Come and make yourself at home!

The Neighborhood:
When you stay in our apartment, you'll be in the heart of the beautiful city of Piteå, surrounded by all the amenities and conveniences you need to make the most of your stay. The apartment is situated in the very center of the city, close to downtown, making it the perfect base for exploring all that Piteå has to offer.

Take a stroll and discover the charming streets lined with local shops and restaurants, where you can find everything from traditional Swedish treats to international cuisine. Immerse yourself in the vibrant culture and get to know the friendly locals.

Our apartment is also just a short walk away from the Nolia area, a trendy and lively neighborhood known for its shopping, dining and entertainment. The Nolia area is home to a variety of fashionable shops, colorful street art and delicious restaurants where you can experience the best of local and international flavors. You'll find something for everyone. Take a walk and enjoy the variety of this wonderful neighborhood and the city. And all of this just 500m away from our doorstep.

Getting Around:
I'd be happy to! Imagine you're making your way to Piteå, perhaps for a weekend getaway. You've landed at either Luleå Airport or Skellefteå Airport and are now making your way to the city. As you drive, you're surrounded by picturesque views of the countryside. The roads are well-maintained and you make good time, arriving in Piteå in just 45-50 minutes.

As you pull into town, you're greeted by charming, colorful buildings. You park your car and step out, taking a moment to stretch your legs and take in the sights and sounds of the city. The first thing you notice is how friendly and welcoming the locals are. They're more than happy to give you tips on where to go and what to see.

You decide to start your day by exploring the city center. You find yourself just a 1-minute walk away from the grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping that Piteå has to offer. You're struck by the variety of options available - from cozy cafes to trendy boutiques. You take your time strolling down the streets, window shopping and people watching.

As you walk, you can't help but notice the art and sculptures that are scattered throughout the city. Each one seems to tell its own unique story and you make a mental note to come back later and explore them more.

You've stumbled upon the perfect apartment for your next getaway - cozy, comfortable, and in a great location. But before you start packing your bags and counting down the days until your trip, there's something you should know: this apartment is home to a sweet feline companion. So, if you're allergic to cats, this might not be the place for you.

But don't let that discourage you! We understand that every guest has different needs and we want to make sure that you find the perfect accommodation for you. And, rest assured that our properties are protected by SUPERHOG – a globally recognized trust and safety company that keeps you and your stay secure.

Once you've booked your stay, you'll be contacted directly by SUPERHOG to complete your booking validation. This includes a quick ID verification to make sure that everything is in order. And just in case of any accidental damage that occurs during your stay, we collect a non-refundable admin fee to cover you. So, you can relax and enjoy your stay, cat allergy or not.

Also, just a friendly reminder, as much as we love parties, this apartment is not the place to host one. But that's okay, there are plenty of other exciting things to do in the city. So, let's have a great time together, cat and all.

And don't worry, Jenny is always just a phone call away, as we provide 24/7 concierge service.

So, you'll have the place to yourself and can make yourself at home, but you won't be alone in planning your trip. We understand that sometimes it can be overwhelming to plan everything on your own, and that's where we come in! We are more than happy to help you book activities, bike and car rentals, or anything else you may need. We want to make sure that your stay in Piteå is as enjoyable and worry-free as possible.
