Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire flat, including the two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, and full bathroom. Enjoy all the amenities, such as Wi-Fi, television, and washing machine, for a comfortable stay.

The square in front of the flat offers even more options. The Campo 24 de Agosto metro station and bus terminal are 200 metres away, providing easy access to the entire city. Explore Rua de Santa Catarina, Bolhão Market, Avenida dos Aliados, Galeria de Paris and São Bento Station, all within walking distance. For a unique experience, take the 500 bus, which runs along the Douro riverfront to Matosinhos, where you will find fresh fish and regional products.

Getting Around:

For your convenience, we offer a transfer service upon request (price upon enquiry). The flat is strategically located near an extensive public transport network, providing easy access to various areas of the city. The nearest underground station is just a few minutes' walk away, offering quick connections to the city centre and the airport. For those travelling by car, there is paid parking nearby.



Other Things to Note:

Key pick-up is done at our Welcome Center, located at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto, where you can meet our staff!



We have a strict no-smoking policy on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose the key, a charge will be applied (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to open the door, there will be a cost of 40€ after 7:00 PM. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention needed), the cost will be provided upon consultation.



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package costs, set at 190€. If these limits are exceeded, the excess will be charged to the guest.



The tenant agrees to allow access to the property for inspections upon request by the host, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
