“We had such a great time staying in Rachel's space. The building is located right in a lovely area of Marblehead, and the space itself was just what we were looking for. It was small but well laid out, with everything we needed for a great weekend. The best part was Rachel's communication. The check-in was effortless. She was incredibly responsive to questions and very helpful in her responses. She sets an extremely high bar for future rentals like this.”

“We enjoyed our time at the Hull rental. We sat every morning with our coffee and looked out over the ocean. If you stay there, definitely recommend Jake's Seafood restaurant. The food was amazing!”

“I selected Gary’s property primarily because of the proximity of the Boston Convention center (We were able to walk there in about 15 minutes!), but the access to everything in downtown Boston was also fantastic. We were able to catch an Uber to anywhere we wanted to go in no more than 30 minutes. One small side note, there are 5 wall hanging artworks within the home that feature nude women; those with children or otherwise sensitive may wish to know.”

“The location is perfect. Quick access to downtown JP and the T to Boston. Franklin Park was part of our daily activity for a nature walk. Things we look for in VRBOs: comfy beds, clean, good common gathering space. A+ across the board. The seating in the living could use a few more seats since you could have 9 people sleeping in the apartment, but we made use of the giant dining table in the open kitchen and living area. For the 5 of us, it was more than ample! The space is incredibly clean...

“We truly enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Massachusetts Retreat. It was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in, and the space and layout easily accommodated four friends on a week-long vacation. There are so many cute towns within easy proximity to the location. Parking was easy and very convenient just a few steps from the back door. The upstairs living area is great for conversation and the downstairs living area was where we congregated every evening to watch Netflix. I highly recommend this...

“The location, the hosts and all the little extras were top notch! It was so welcoming to be greeted with a bottle of wine and other little culinary treats — they even had a darker make-up towel( now that is really going above & beyond). The only caveat would be the bathroom and bedroom are on different levels- it was fine for us , but if you were to have mobility issues it might be challenging I couldn’t be any more effusive about how perfect this stay was. Two thumbs way up!”

“A beautiful building, very clean . Easy walk to the ballpark . Our friends stayed on the first floor and could hear people outside , and we would have really liked an earlier check in so we could have dropped off our stuff before the 4pm game . But it all worked out . ”
